Most useful when used in tandem with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

What do you like best about the product?
Their extension is very useful and best used with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which double verifies that someone actually works there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most accurate information; I haven't found software that has better info. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info for accounts and leads that I'm wanting to work.

Zoominfo comes in clutch on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the two biggest things for me are intent tracking and being able to find prospects' phone numbers. Nothing is more frustrating than not having contact info for a target account, but that's where ZoomInfo comes in. It is not often that my target accounts do not have accurate contact data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when using intent or websights, it showed you some more info on who exactly was on the website. Intent data sometimes shows you a general location but websights does not at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find which companies have been looking into a service that my company offers. It also helps me find mobile numbers. It benefits me by being able to break into my target accounts more efficiently. After all, if you don't have contact data, then you won't get anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
More leads than we are currently able to take advantage of. What a great problem to have!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is not steep but present. The onboarding is world-class to help overcome the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to leads. With a pinpoint search, prospects with all of the necessary contact information is at your fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
Massive customization for looking for things! Notifications, when I get new prospects in my searches and being able to select 25 contacts per search, is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could select 50 contacts while knowing that it won't glitch out on me consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving the problem of not having a phone number for a prospect. It is also solving the problem of not being able to be productive for the entire team

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent and being able to see whats important to companies and we know this through the intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inaccurate phone numbers and there not being a super easy way to fix that. There is not a way to submit corrections on the app either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me to know where to focus my time and energy instead of throwing a bunch of darts at the wall and not knowing where its landing. I have booked a few more demos.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a small team focusing on a niche space. We've worked with ZoomInfo team to build out some specific searches and intel that has increased our outbound motion as our team is making our GTM strategy official this year. There is lots to enjoy about their platform and I've been a user of theirs for many years!
What do you dislike about the product?
From time-to-time, their extension can be a bit buggy but that's nothing too extreme - typically a quick sign-in/sign-out fixes the problem. Also, wish the integration with HubSpot was better or more similar to the one with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to verify contacts data, find unique leads with their intent data while researching competitors in our space, and most importantly it doesn't slow down my prospecting efforts by having bulk import.

What do you like best about the product?
Gets you about 80% of the way for MOST companies. Helps you find companies you had no idea existed
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is out of date/inaccurate for readily available/verifiable information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find relevant companies to engage, coupled in most cases, with the right contacts.

Maximizing the success of your outbound campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an invaluable tool in outbound activity due to the comprehensiveness of the data it provides in terms of emails, phone numbers, and addresses. This is compounded by the bulk export feature which, in tandem with the searchability provided by the advanced search, allows you to instantaneously download customized lists of prospects for outbound campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue that I have faced with ZoomInfo is that at times the quality of the data can be limited in terms of invalid phone numbers and emails, or the lack thereof. This is often true for c-suite prospects in particular. Although ZoomInfo does provide a rating system for the quality of data so that you can filter out the poor-quality data, at times when I search for data on specific prospects this can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find the contact details of the core decision-makers to target in my outbound sales campaigns. It also allows me to verify the details of inbound leads and helps drive certain opportunities by finding new stakeholders in the company.

Easy to build custom lists

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to build custom lists with tons of filters based on geo, industry, headcount, zip etc. Also, the integration with tools like Outreach are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the website can be somewhat tricky, still haven't found a good "back arrow" to get to lists. Could be user error though - I only use advanced search functions really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an easy way to collect prospective customer information and batch export customers within our ICP. I don't have to go to Linkedin or the business website to find their info - it's all right there.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Zoominfo.

I have always struggled with timing when reaching out to companies. ZoomInfo makes that easier with its Websites and Intent features.
