Love the broswer extension that opens up when I'm on LinkedIn, the ability to auto export those contacts to salesforce sames me a ton of time.

Sometimes the browser extension doesnt work and i need to constantly refresh the page

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoomInfo is the ability to get work emails and to be able to see company revenue. Second I love the seamless integration with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, because it is the most helpful tool I have ever used in sales for the past ten years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of finding business emails. I prefer not to send business emails to personal emails and a lot of people on LinkedIn use their personal emaills.
Utterly horrible, wish we never got involved with them.

Not very much at all after using it for a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a sneaky autorenewal they slide into the contract with the ridiculous notification clause months before your renewal date. They won't mention it until you don't want to sign up again. The contact lists we downloaded were not that great, especially for the European data set. Mostly corner office and generally useless emails for campaigns unless you want a golf buddy. Completely worthless if you are looking for contacts in Asia or Africa. The filters are not that great. Also found multiple contacts that did not match what I selected or were not even on the list. Almost like Zoom is just trying to widdle down your download credits with out you knowing. Great stories on the BBB site.
They try to sell you more credit right before your contract expires, just in time to let you know that they expired with the contract and that you need to buy more. Oh wait, your renewed contract will now also require you to order what you did last year + any additions you added through the year.
I almost forgot, they will try to get you to let them harvest emails from your system without actually explaining that's what they are doing.
Seriously don't do it. Run away and block their emails. You can do better with an intern searching LinkedIn.

Additionally, especially in larger organizations, the platform's loading and use times can be lengthy. Users have also mentioned having trouble connecting SalesOS to other systems and experiencing lengthy wait times for customer service responses. The platform's unintuitive user interface (UI) and tools can make it challenging for users to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ZoomInfo SalesOS because it makes sales process management simpler. I don't enjoy it when ZoomInfo SalesOS contains inaccurate information - like an outdated job title. I often use LinkedIn to correct the issue, but occasionally the plugin doesn't work correctly either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more wasting time! With ZoomInfo SalesOS, it's easy to find the right contacts for my team and make sure they don't miss out on important opportunities. We also have better chances of making sales since we know who the decision makers are before getting in touch with them.

The information is accurate almost every time.

The website opens slowly, and many times it requires a lot of reloading to give results.

I personally feel the phone numbers at ZoomInfo are always correct, so yes, it helps in cold calling.

Phones numbers are not always the best, at least for the Latam market. It limits itself to just crawling.

What do you like best about the product?
The software helps you to target the most genuine audience for your organization, targeting with great features and in the most prospective way. All the great and valuable features under one table it's fantastic. It enables you to collect and rebuild your customers' data for better and more accessible communication with your clients. Analyzing customer's requirements and then provide with excellent service. The workflow will be easier after using this platform. With this feature, you can even track your customer's actions on the website and what they are searching for. Lead generation has becomes more accessible with this tool a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no feature available in this platform that helps you to note and keep track of all the customers and visitors who recently left or joined your organization's website. IT is difficult to share of data and information among the corporate when the data size is more significant than expected. The system also gets lagged due to heavy data imported.

We are using this platform to keep track of all the leads and follow-ups. Extracting and mining information of new customers from other websites and contacting them with emails and communicating with them about our companies services.
