What do you like best about the product?
Finding reliable contact information and easily moving it into our ATS system. I also love the company insights that allow for me to track my prospect base and what they are searching for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. I feel it runs a bit slow at times, but that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our need for a tool to find accurate contact info and company insights without having to use other tools which were less reliable and not integrated to our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has become a pivotal part of our outreach research and methods, as ZoomInfo has collected the majority of software companies information including addresses, funding, and employee contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found issues with ZoomInfo SalesOS often being incorrect about employees at an org and contact information. It's important to fact check through LinkedIN I've found to ensure the people, addresses and information is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS gives us quick access to the information, contacts, and background of a company making it easier for us to research and create outreach campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOps is highly regarded for its comprehensive database and the ability to provide actionable insights and purchasing intent data about companies and contacts. Users appreciate the integration of tools like conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and data orchestration, which collectively enhance the go-to-market strategy for B2B companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data filters could be more flexible, and it would be helpful to have additional options, as the current ones are quite similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying potential buyers is crucial for effective sales strategies. Data-driven prospecting allows for more targeted outreach, while having access to quality prospect data ensures that efforts are focused on the right leads. Utilizing intent data and web insights can further refine the process, helping to understand buyer behavior and interests. All of these elements contribute to improved lead conversion rates.

Zoominfo tricks people

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has decent tools, data accuracy is not always good. Their customer service is not good, and they try to trick customers by having an auto-renewal clause in the contract with an opt-out requirement and they then cite the legal contract, threaten collections and forces customers to renew for another year at the same $ level. We just went through this and there are thousands of customers complaining about this practice. Unfortunately, it is legal in most States, so you end up being stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very accurate data wihtin zoominfo database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The effectiveness that we started to have in contacting the right people and potentials according to our requirements and the level of prospecting that ZoomInfo gives us is of utmost importance for decision-making in future marketing strategies that we can carry out in our organization. It has a straightforward and dynamic interface, making the work experience much more flexible and friendly. We find it amazing that they leave visible the LinkedIn page of the person you want to contact; that way, you don't need to open another tab to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a platform with a lot of effectiveness, but they are very strict when offering the service since they do not provide a single free package as a test where you can enjoy the information search tools. That is what mainly matters of the platform; paying for your license from the first time you use it and want to enjoy these tools is strictly necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly much greater effectiveness and increases potential customers. Saving time in deciding the areas you want to cover in advertising to offer our service. We have expanded our interests thanks to the results that the ZoomInfo platform has given us in its information management.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, I love being able to find the people I want to recruit from any company and industry. I feel it genuinely gives. me an advantage, and I am only using about 5% of its potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big dislike, but I would like SMS and to utilize it in a talentflow. Hopefully Zoominfo will come out with the feature eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is designed to improve sales team performance by providing sales reps with AI-powered insights and tools to help them engage the right prospects, prioritize their time, and close deals faster. It helps sales reps gain insights into key contacts, build accurate contact databases, prioritize leads, identify new opportunities, and track deal progress. The benefits of using ZoomInfo SalesOS include improved contact accuracy, increased efficiency, and better visibility into sales pipelines.

FALSE INFO - MISLEADING

What do you like best about the product?
NOTHING - conceptually, i appreciate what their intent is, but my experience has been anything but positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo gathered my phone number and is now curating a false account and selling that information without doing any diligence. I am receiving calls on a daily basis asking me about different businesses with which I have no affiliation. I do not know how they sourced my full name and contact information, but I DO NOT trust them as a viable source. Clearly, they are misleading customers and providing fraudulent information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nothing. They have only made my life more difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to the global contact information of prospects. Excellent customer support and agile response to any requirements. A top-tier platform for an adequate Key Account Management plan.

Pricing is not highly competitive although it has outstanding features that worths the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of ZoomInfo to simplify user life is its best feature. You don't come across a tool that can simplify your professional life every day. Now I can truly save time and focus on other things for lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have with ZoomInfo Sales is that the phone number, email, and other details aren't always accurate. But there's always room for improvement, just like with any other tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, that would mean having simple access to companies that we need to contact in order to obtain certain pieces of information. I used to have to do it manually, but with ZoomInfo's assistance, I can quickly export the contact information of our target customers for sales scouting.
