Great for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Finding contacts in a company email and the companies net worth also very helpful when prospecting. Finding all contact info such as email and phone

Sometimes the contacts info isn't there or it's not accurate

Finding CEO and other c level contacts. It provided their email and phone number and location.

With ZoomInfo, you can get almost accurate data leads as per the market target, and with Intent-like options, you can determine the buyer's journey in advance. hence a great tool to accelerate your outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
must have a pre-requisite knowledge of sales along with the proper knowledge of outreaching strategies to use ZoomInfo at it's best utilization and also a bit costly though the features are extra ordinary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-with this, we were able to get direct numbers of decision-makers along with their business as well as their personal email address with 90-99% accuracy and tracking emails get you where you want.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the ability to dive in and get more detailed info of many layers of roles in a business. In my industry most of the time we are speaking with IT, but we are also looking to speak with C-Levels, and also key users of technology that can be champions for us and what we are offering
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be important to know who was in that position prior if that person was at least employed there for a few years. I think this would be a good feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping identify current key contacts within an organization where other systems have dated and inaccurate information. This allows me to identify needed information much quicker.

If i export all the contacts and only the corporate number is listed or the email the lead isnt very helpful, as corporate directories are tough.

I love the details that are aggregated when you search for specific verticals and titles. It is a very 'user friendly' platform, set up to minimize your down time

Only negative feedback i could see is sometimes there are simply too many results populating whenever you try a simple search within an industry vertical; easy to get around this though!

Solving the problem of recycling the same leads and not being able to branch out with our business development; Zoom info has helped us solve this problem in a tremendous way!

Life changing for Sales People
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how accurate the information is. Being able to discuss activities they are doing actively also helps actively. I have used Seemless AI, and Zoom Info is 10X more effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I look up the contact information is not active. Also on some accounts, I cannot view the org chart to see who they report to or who reports to them, and on others this information is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS is helping me stay up to date with activities in the market. This allows me to have something to discuss with the potential client vs just products and services. A quick glance gives me something to talk about that is going on in their world.

What do you like best about the product?
Scoops are one of the best tools I have find! The integration with Linkedin allows me to get information about the initiatives they have that match what we do and tailor a specific message for our target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the contacts I call are not updated and tell me they cant find the contact on their directory.
