Information-driven exploration of new business and investment prospects
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a valuable tool to optimize searches based on knowledge and control of sales, prospects and business. The requirements for a comprehensive search led me to assign such an enormous task to my staff. The help with technology issues is superb. With their help, I can get a clearer picture of the facts. It has been crucial in keeping track of all the searches, so everyone should use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the software were quicker to set up and integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarifying searches for the ideal prospect or sale has been a fun challenge, and triggering the follow-up process with the required ease has been crucial. Fighting useless data and focusing on valuable results is feasible and practicable. Its main objective is to suggest various functionalities to succeed as productive software.
ZoomInfo is honestly terrible.

What do you dislike about the product?
SO MANY BUGS. How does a company like this have so many issues? How does such an expensive platform afford to have any bugs? I have DAILY issues with this platform and they are never resolved

WORST Customer Experience ever
What do you like best about the product?
The platform I am sure is great, the technology is useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer experience and post-sales support. Following signing the contract, I noted that THEY had made a mistake on the contract, and we needed to change the product they had signed us up for to the one they had taken me through the sale process with. I was passed to multiple people, none of which could or would fix the error and 6-months later, they still want me to pay for something I do not need or want. A simple fix would have been to swap the products over, and I was even happy to pay more... Instead, they want to take the shirt off our backs and threaten legal action. BE AWARE if you are buying from these guys, they have NO accountability and do not want to resolve an issue efficiently; THEY WILL try and bully you just to get the money... The whole post-sales process (which was a pressure sale) feels very automated, and I wonder if there is any human there....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None currently as I am still waiting on them to resolve my issue.

Being able to pull information on any Intent lead and take action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe having to need to use Engage for my bulk dialing.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a must-have tool in this modern selling world. This tool provides key information to contact decision makers and provides company insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the frequency which lead information is updated. Sometimes contact info is out of date/lead is already working at a new company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales OS bridges the gap of missing contact information. This tool allows you to contact decision-makers directly and understand company hierarchy and locations.

Sometimes the info is not always up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales OS has a large volume of valid prospecting data that's valid vs some other organizations in the market. Additiionally, there are multiple insights of data that can be utilized for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can think of that I do not like with ZoomInfo. They provide several aspects of data to leverage for prospecting business to business opportunities.

ZoomInfo provides a time saving solution with high value for information that is comprehensive across organizations from contact information to intent information.
One Stop Shop for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that everything is in one place. I can easily find company data, company insights, people who work at the company and then very quickly import them to my salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything really. My only hiccup is sometimes the data is incorrect but they make it super simple to open a ticket to dispute info and usually resolve within 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a single source of truth for all of my company and prospect data. Before Zoominfo we had multiple tools and now everything is consolidated under one umbrella.
Splendid Software
What do you like best about the product?
The categorisation of people's info for a company is what I found really interesting. As I deal in sales, I have to find a new point of contact for my prospect accounts, and this software has been a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always accurate and sometimes a bit outdated. I would have liked it better if the account detals and contact information was updated weekly or daily, that would help attract more users on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in sales, so a big part of my job is prospecting for new clients and finding new points of contact to talk to to get my foot in the door. This software is helping our whole sales department to get their foot in the door with new clients.

Its reviews come so late should be more frequent
