The Best Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to find any information relevant to a prospect basically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be outdated, however cross referencing with other sources helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make prospecting and finding information a breeze.
Provided a lot of data clarity for our company and outreach process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the filter options they provided. The insights are way more accurate than we had previously thought they may be for our unique industry. The plug in works great especially for linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to search and work with some of our customers who do not have a website. Or the website may not be easily accessible. I wish the integration was a little more customizable with our SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble finding the right point of contact and understanding the hierarchy in the businesses we were connecting with. It provided some insight there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an excellent help in prospecting the account assigned to us by our company; we get the company and the contact information. That helps us contact our prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best for prospecting, but The only thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is that sometimes the information is outdated or the contact never existed in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned above, it is an excellent help for prospecting. We don't have to go blank while contacting our prospect accounts. At least we have a primary and better idea about our prospect accounts.
ZoomInfo is an absolute essential tool for any sales person.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo enabled me to maximize my work hours' utility by providing valuable information and insights, which helped me to perform better and achieve more success.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo must target organizations and sales managers to increase visibility and offer tailor-made buying programs. I had to purchase a subscription with my own money as the organization did not see ZoomInfo's value as I did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-referencing the information I have about a sales prospect, developing a sales pitch, and gathering data and insights into trends and patterns among my target market and customers.
This phrase is already in English and suggests that something is useful for increasing efficiency or output.

ZoomInfo enhances my productivity and availability. It demonstrates my commitment to the people I interact with and enables me to deliver the best and fastest service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increasing cost. It was value for money earlier but the price keeps increasing. Besides that, everything that ZoomInfo SalesOS offers is the best and most reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing productivity. I earlier faced issues which now have been completely resolved by ZoomInfo SalesOS. It is now much easier to reach new customers and keep them engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import Account lists from Salesforce in order to set up certain trackers has been incredibly helpful. I like being able to see, at a glance, accounts that I should be going after rather than hoping I'm targeting the right company at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be a bit misleading or inaccurate but that's understandable. No one company / product / service can guarantee 100% accuracy. Even still, I've found SalesOS to be right most of the time, so it's rather reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is who across my book of business is most likely to be interested in my product and services. I'm more productive because I have insights being served up to me rather than having to dig through various data sources - saves me time and helps me be more targeted and effective.
I will recommend because its a time saver.

Some of the most helpful things for me include the accuracy of the contact details, the straightforward language used to navigate the different options and the relevancy of the available information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing that big if you compare it with the benefits of ZoomInfo SalesOS, but sometimes it lags a little when trying to access large data quantity. Still, I guess that's because of the huge data manipulation involved.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping me win business as when I know the right point of contact in a target organization, then half of my worries have been taken care of :).
User friendly interface!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is it is very user-friendly. It is easy to use. It is highly recommended for the company. CRM has great functions, it can be integrated with many applications

There are not many applications that can be integrated. It has a compatibility issue. Sometimes it takes time to load. the Errors interrupts the work sometimes.

It is user-friendly so as a new user. It helps me reach my customer. Its navigation is very easy. It gives good information of the customer. The CRM is user friendly

All the Applications and functionalities it has. Really helps in getting my work done so easily. It saves a lot of time while prospecting. It is very user friendly

There are not many applications that cannot be integrated or is not compatible. It takes time to load and lags sometimes. Loading errors can interpret the quality of work

It is user-friendly so as a new users. It helped me to understand as I was a new user. Helps me easily reach my customers. The navigation tab helps to save time

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the navigation. The icons are perfect. It is a brilliant CRM. It fulfills all the requirements for official purposes. The UI/ UX is very friendly. It can be integrated with many applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough applications to be integrated with it. It is not compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me in finding the right POCs. The navigation is easy and I can add customer in a more convenient manner. It has improved my productivity. It has increased my performance.
