Mobile numbers and suggested prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile numbers, DDI's, company and contact suggestions based on saved searches are good. Very easy to use which is good as I use it daily. Implementation was good and only one blip with HubSpot integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all mobile numbers that Apollo and Lusha have. Some companies are no longer in business but still show. Employee size can be exagerrated. Not all hierarchies are shown or Org Charts up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile numbers to get through to prospects, so can rule contacts in or out more quicckly.
The information helps to tailor, organize and execute my day.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Websights incredibly helpful to target companies in my market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local addresses can be a point of frustration as they often default to the HQ of the company which creates a point of blindness when cold calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating our aged and stale database and offering new and valid leads.
A great tool for finding new prospects
What do you like best about the product?
The service provides access to thousands of prospect's information from companies globally. Prospect information can then be easily downloaded into lists that can be used for outreach marketing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the tool is not as intuitive as it seems. Training was required to narrow down the right target market for prospecting to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one-stop-shop to gain prospects information without having to scour the internet for contacts at companies within our target markets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are new employers every other search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dividing contacts by their department when searching.

It is providing contacts of individuals that are hard to get to in a company.
Helps me go faster with way less clicks!
What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the fastest easiest way to get company info and employee information. I use the add-in for Chrome which was really easy to do myself. Nobody can figure out how I'm doing it so fast, but all I do I use the export button. The Copilot option also really helps me find the info I need to write emails when I reach out cold. Can not live without it. I use it every single day because it integrates so smoothly with Huspot.

I honestly can't tell you anything I dislike yet.

I have to be constantly prospecting and this takes all the hard work out of it.

I like that I am mostly able to find contact information for people I need to do outreach for

I don't like that several of the contacts do not have listed email addresses, and that often, phone numbers are incorrect or out of service

It is solving the problem of not knowing the right people to do outreach for. The lists of people, job titles and contact info is paramount to my job

Sales navigation, lead intelligence and lead catering.

Can have few more app integration features.

Auto dialing, lead intelligence and call tracking with and awesome sales intelligence.
An incredible CRM with awesome features and predictability
What do you like best about the product?
Best ROI forecasting and best time of day scheduling, also integrated with AI for awesomeness. Just another miracle for sales people.

Nothing to dislike it's just awesome. No further to say about dislikes.

Sales assistant, lead capturing and mining, lead management and engaging the leads.
I can create my own targeted lists to prospect!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the data it gives you and all that you can do with contacts and company profiles as well as buyer intent. It gives me actionable insight with great efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is mixed up. Either the website is wrong or the company profile is mixed up with another, or contact data is insufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create targeted lists based off of my area and other important criteria. It gives me a list to go from.
Zoominfo - can't do my job without it!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day as it allows me to reach my target clients with much more efficiency due to the access to direct/mobile contact info - traditionally, I am calling through a company' reception/switchboard multiple times which is usually a pain for the receptionist or worse, there is no access to the person I am trying to reach via switchboard. They have great customer support for any inquiries, and the tool integrates well into Chrome which makes it easier to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.5 in 10 contacts do not have numbers, and some contacts opt out but this cannot be mitigated so it is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of target contact info is solved by the numbers and emails Zoominfo provides. This saves me tons of time in building call sheets and dialing through a company's main reception/switchboard.
