Easy to use, amazing ally to sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales OS is extremely helpful in stakeholder mapping and identifying the right contacts to reach out - not just for sales teams but also for Customer Success. The tool is fairly straightforward to use, and you can get up and running with minimal effort or training.
The widget that they deploy on the browser has also been extremely useful, bringing up contact information and other details with a single click when looking up information on Linkedin. This, specifically, was something that my team ended up using almost every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search and filtering capabilities are slightly unintuitive. Especially when you're looking at a particular org on the org chart, there's no way to search across all departments from that view - you have to go department by department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us with the following aspects:
1. Identification of correct Stakeholders, their contact details and their hierarchy in the ecosystem
2. Identification of decision-makers
3. Validation and capturing the contact details, including email and phone numbers
4. Helps identify which accounts have buying intent

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the most user friendly and up to date database of customer information I have ever seen or used in my decades of sales and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo. It is complete and efficient throughout the entire spectrum of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the need to find information about the customer's company, employees, and contact information throughout the company. It is also useful for finding connections between companies.

ZoomInfo an accelerator to Business Development
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides and instantanious clariity on prospects and business development. The ease of use and the ability to contribute to the accuracy of the program as you develop the market is remarkable. Excellent insights and scoops when it is truly needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to using ZoomInof is the dependency of the immediate lookup. As it integrates with more applications the need increases to validate and crossreference clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A holistic approach to B&D occurs when there is greater insight and reach.

What do you like best about the product?
This little diamond has been a huge help to my time management...making each sales step easier with fast research, productively exporting data with one click and even exciting when all the info is in one place. Highly recommend.

No complaints...I am still learning all the benefits of this amazing software!

Providing information on the leads I am targeting based off the clients website and linking it all together so I can productively export data over to Sales Force.
