ZoomInfo has been great for company research and building contact lists and so much more!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy doing account research and building lists of companies with different revenues, employee sizes, etc to identify first priority targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo will log you out often and it's annoying to have to resign in if you step away or don't use it while you have it open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of creating large contact lists in a matter of minutes and they verify the information instead of leaving me to guess.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is great, I would get it as fast as you can to save yourself time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides useful filters to help precise targeting than most other platforms. Features like Enhance and Intent are a wise salesperson's best friends. Compared to with most competitors, the quality and quantity of data is better on ZoomInfo although competition is readily catching up.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo should make prices more affordable to be acceptable to global prospects. The product works seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track of leads changing jobs. I yet have to see a financial reward from ZoomInfo but the wait would be worth it. Although, I am concerned about the expensive price plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make the price plans more affordable depending on the currency exchange rates v/s USD

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo interacts well with Sales Nav, so I can find the right "suspects", get their contact information, and reach out to them quickly and efficiently. I don't know that it's always better than the other data systems, and every system is going to have gaps and bad or outdated information, but Zoominfo has done well for us.
Definitely part of the "tech stack" - you need to have ZoomInfo for the data, and you need Sales Nav to find out who you should be searching for...

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too much data - you've got to spend some time learning how to enter the right search terms.
Also, the data the extension returns isn't always "all" the data - sometimes a second search through the web app produces more.

Our business is doing a lot of outbound to new prospects right now, as we break into new markets and expand our footprint - the best way to start a conversation with a potential prospect is to give them a call, and ZoomInfo gives us their telephone numbers.

If you buy it, make sure you use it.

How you can easily turn filters on and off to curate different lists until you get exactly the contacts youre looking for

That I would have to pay extra to switch insight from weekly to daily. Awesome tool, wish daily came in my package (elite?)

Finding the right contact info quickly. We know our ICP, now we can basically plug it into zoominfo and boom, emails and phones

nothing, it would be much appreciated if they made the contacts as accurate as they could.

if you are an inside sales, you will want to have this amazing software cuz it s not only gonna get you solid leads, but it will also help you achieve your objective.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about this platform is the myriad of automated features, like auto-dialing, and syncing of your Engage with HubSpot. Also, the sales flows and the sample email templates are amazing. I especially like how when crafting an email Engage helps you make sure you stay within character limits to be succinct, suggests helpful language and makes sure you have an appropriate readability score.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the auto-dialing feature I wish it weren't so glitchy sometimes. I've had it where the dialing and bridge over to your phone don't quite work and it won't connect properly. Sometimes the calls will drop or someone will pick up and you won't hear them. Certainly makes things awkward when you do finally hear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic drip campaigns. Syncing with Zoom sales and the ability to import prospect lists to a sales flow. Auto-dialing and having the feature of choosing to call via direct or mobile.

Highly recommended, though it's pricey, it is worth getting quality leads than spending cost on time, outsourcing just to get many useless leads.
