Organized Cold Calling
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing sales flows, adding contacts to salesflows and flowing through phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is very light. Some reports have also recently been removed that were beneficial to the way we are using the program. It would be fine to take this away if reports could be exported to an excel sheet, but the data can only be exported to a PDF. If you want to show management different views, you're going to have to export a report 3 times to display the different views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having an issue tracking what our cold callers were completing. This is also taking a lot of the monotonous time out of the process. Instead of looking up the next call it easily drops you into the next call and allows the caller to record the sentiments when the call is ended. I love the ability to have multiple recordings ready to push instead of leaving tedious voicemails for everyone.
Great for efficient prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage is great for automating the outreach process. I'm able to use features such as auto-dialer and email automation to hit my outreach goals faster and more efficiently. The VOIP function works great for calls, and there is a seamless integration with Salesforce and ZoomInfo that I enjoy. Another big plus is that it is easy to train my team to use the platform to get them to impact our lead generation right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still getting the hang of using tags. Also, there was a small learning curve on how to import and map information when uploading contact lists. I've found that most non-mobile numbers I get from ZoomInfo are not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm spending less time reaching more people. I'm able to collaborate with my team and easily view what they are doing. I also can track my metrics to make sure I am reaching my long and short term outreach goals.
Staffing review
What do you like best about the product?
The importing of contacts is very easy to navigate. It is also very easy to set up templates to start marketing campaigns using those imported contacts. Great results as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish engage would automatically cc personal and business emails during marketing campaigns or bulk email messaging. That would be helpful and then only need to pull 1 list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Engage is allowing us to jump start a recruiting search quickly and efficiently. Although response rates tend to be low, it is good to get those first touches out to candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend exporting contacts to excel and then importing those contacts into engage for bulk emails with templates for contact. Very easy to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage has single handily been the worst sales tool I've ever used. The system is so buggy and honestly causes more issues than it solves. It feels as if ZoomInfo knew they needed a product like Engage and put pieced something together so their sales team could say that they had a solution. There is a reason why their sales team utilizes a competitor and not their own tool

Automating sales outreach but we switched off Engage as fast as possible

Do yourself a favor and buy Outreach or another tool

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Engage makes it easy to quickly target prospects that are showing in your intent topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do a lot of cold email outreach and Engage doesn't make it easy to manage various campaigns at the same time.

It's nice not having to download a list and upload it into another system.
Solid Sales Outreach Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty intuitive and easy to get used to. It also automates a lot of your activities which is great. It also links to salesforce which helps with transferring data between the two systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall platform can be wonky some days. It freezes or you can't perform certain tasks for whatever reason. You can also only 500 contacts to a salesflow. And the customer service is not easy to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to a large audience in an efficient manner.It's very easy to upload contacts and put them into a salesflow to begin reaching out. I was able to attend 500 contacts in just a few weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are good, really nice to see all the insights. I like the fact that we can sequence on behalf of other teammates. Being able to autodial and filter by task is very nice for structuring days. Like the ability to A/B test emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited variables in the email salesflows, wish you could make custom objects. Integration with Chorus isn't complete as of now. Sometimes the dialer will not work, even with strong internet. Engage will go down occasionally during the workday. Needs Linkedin step integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with SDRs, trying to make tasks easier for them to complete and keep straight. Also able to learn about the effectiveness of outreach types, and constant iterate to make it better.
Pretty Good Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease in doing mail merges, and looking through the Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I don't feel like the analytics are as accurate as they claim. The location of the clicks always comes from multiple different places. Sometimes it shows people clicking, who say they have never clicked the link before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better process in how I prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support I feel has always been an issue. If I send an email it will take awhile for team to get back to me, at which point i've moved on or forgotten the issue at hand. A lot of questions I ask, I don't really feel like get resolved. The answers are typically over my head and aren't explained in a way that actually answer my question.
Lots of info, but many inaccurate contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the website and app. It is easy to use. The app is pretty good, and has been useful when I am out and about prospecting for new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is much harder to search for companies and contacts than it should be. There should be a master search base, similar to Google. To pull anything from the whole database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to make it easier to find the main point of contact that is helpful for our business, it has been helpful about 50% of the time. Still working on implementing all that it has to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The user interface is great, and there are things that I really love about ZoomInfo. But the search feature is lacking, and some thing that I feel like they could improve.
