Long time user, first time caller
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo always has the contacts that I need. Great data and always gets me connected to the right people. If you can't find the person you are looking for they are more than willing to go find them. The team is always readily available to help with any questions that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The google chrome app is wonky at times. It doesn't update automatically and sometimes won't allow you to move onto the next contact until you refresh your page. Also they don't go back through their data very often to make sure people aren't dead. Yes I have made those calls and they aren't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stated the issues that I was having above in my post. The benefits are being able to get ahold of anyone that you could want to. The data is good but also doesn't get cleaned out very often.

What do you like best about the product?
searchability, the ability to search a company's officers and be able to reach out to them directly. Also the ability to load their contacts into salesforce. Also maintaining that contact through emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no automatic way to connect with prospects on Linkedin. You have to manually reach out so it is not a unified campaign, something like Kennected links would be valuable,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to reach out to new clients and have the right information. it simplifies new leads and I can target the industries I am interested in targeting. it is a great lead-generating program.

useful provides all the information you need to attack the market you are attempting to penetrate.

The native integration with Salesforce, the Intent toll

quality of data for EU seems less accurate than data for UK and US. TEchnologies used should be also improved and reviewed.

Completeness of our existing database and building new DB for new emerging markets

I've been working with many Sales and DB solutions during the years and this is certainly the best in terms of quality and Salesforce integration.

There's a ton of info that is relevant, and with the right setup, you can make the workflow very easy and efficient for your reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content isnt always up to date like self-reported content is (LinkedIn).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credits can be expensive. When you download data, my SF admin doesnt get the SFID for current accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Initially, at our company, we were spending several hours a day looking for the right contacts. Now the time has been cut in half! Phone numbers and job titles are always pretty accurate too. We love the WebSights, Scoops, and Intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty hard for me to think of things I dislike, there are some small things. I would like more visibility on new hires at companies, I feel like it takes a while for them to show up in ZoomInfo. Sometimes direct-dial phone numbers are for a different person at the company, but this isn't frequent. That's about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits and problems solved, we can target companies we never thought of through WebSights, Scoops, and Intent. This adds great value to our purchase. We are saving a lot of time and energy.

Ease of use as well as data accuracy, also it is easier to look at all the data from a single pane of glass

Not having training videos (short videos to guide you throug it)

Wish I had access before
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make cold calls feel like warm leads. I had someone that I reached out to the other day say "It's like magic, we started talking about needing what you offer mere days before you called"
What do you dislike about the product?
That I did not have this at any of my other prospecting jobs. I feel like this software should be required at any reputable company. It's like all the time I spent with traditional prospecting was wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of blind prospecting. Being able to only prospect companies that are in the market for my product is a huge advantage and a great time saver.

Could be better if we can secure more LinkedIn or personal information on ZoomInfo.
