Best Resource for any sales organization or sales professional on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Almost unlimited amount of data, no matter what your search parameters are. It has given us thousands of fantastic sales leads that have turned into hundreds of potential new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the data is incomplete and the email addresses (our primary way of making first contact) are not verified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost doubled our business and revenues with this system/resource.
Fairly Intuitive, integrates well with SFDC

The ability to integrate easily with SFDC and add all contacts from an account (or only some) to a a cadence

After using Salesloft, the interface is a bit harder to get used to inititally

Mass outreach to bubble up engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is simply amazing. Its offers a lot of filters that help you to do prospecting effectively. We can also save our searches and have an update on a weekly/daily basis regarding the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is amazing but it do have some limitations. Some contacts doesn't have contact details or emails and that's trouble while making your list. Also, sometimes the info on zoominfo are not that updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads and prospecting in different industries/regions. We also use this to verfy the emails. One of the major problem zoominfo have solved is having the insight informations and they call it scoops
Very Expensive and not good for teams

the data is good. They have a bunch of emails, phone numbers, and company data.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't share tags or lists across teams.

We need the contact data for people that work at companies.

I am still very pleased, While engage is going away I am hoping a new product will be coming in, The updates to Zoom have been great and I just did an updated call with my account manager to go over features. Its always a great experience.

They will need something to replace the engage product

No problems at all really. The email tracking is really nice!

Oversold & Under Delivered - WARNING!
What do you like best about the product?
It's honestly hard to find something that was beneficial from the product. The whole experience was dishonest from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was essentially lied to. I was told ZoomInfo was a solution for building lists for my small marketing agency. I trusted the sales rep adn got burned. I spent months working with their client success reps and none of them could find a use case.
Even though the ZoomInfo team agrees that there is no value for us, they are binding us to a year-long contract.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I attempted to build lists for Chiropractors. The data was so bad it was hard to believe. Out of 700 contacts, around 40% of the data was inaccurate.

The functionnalities on the mobile app and the fact that i couldn't connect my calendar

The accuracy of the product findings. The ease in creating templates, sales flows, and campaigns.

I need the caller to clear tasks once I begin calling. I don't like to clear them manually if there's nothing to mention. I've seen this feature work but I think mine is buggy
Garbage Software
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations exist... they are just slow and unreliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are buggy and break. The widgets for Chrome may as well not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not that it's resulted in any sales, but the Intent signals feature is at least very interesting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There really is no better way... maybe only cold call folks that actually provide you with their information manually instead of obtaining it through sources that profit off of privacy?
