What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to pull all my competitor's account lists and the relevant decision-maker details. Saves a lot of time. Zoom info also helps create accounts on SFDC and migrate data directly to SDFC with a single click
What do you dislike about the product?
Local competitor data is not available and there are a ton of companies who use the local service provider and it would be great if Zoom info can also provide data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacts information, Competitors' data, technology platforms, a weekly update from Zoom for relevant leads, easy upload of data into SDFC within no time and relevant contacts

Must have tool if you are in Sales or Lead Generation

Websights and Intent are worth taking a look at. Probably the most powerful prospecting tool out there.

Kinda weird when they changed over companies because there were two versions of it. Seems to be ok now though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a more targeted look at our prospects and have gotten just that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating leads for my sales department with a more accurate hit rate means the correct person to speak to.
I've found the data in ZoomInfo to be largely accurate for the prospects I want to connect with.
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, being able to get information on what companies are visiting our website, and how often has helped me narrow my focus and personalize my outreach and content offerings. Also the phone numbers and emails are almost always correct, so I know that I'm not wasting my time when I make a call or send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes some time to find "movers" and their contact information when they move to a new company. It would be great if, at the very least, people who have moved on from the company no longer show up as a current employee on that company's ZoomInfo page. I've also found that people who change roles within a company are not updated quickly. I have had prospects in my sequences who changed roles 2 years ago, but right now in ZoomInfo it still shows their old title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helping me understand which accounts to target and at what time. It helps me prioritize my days and weeks by having real time data around who is visiting our website and what accounts are showing intent. The contact data is also pretty reliable, so I am saving time knowing I am reaching out to the correct people.
Good product, but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The data is relatively good and appreciate the simplicity of for bi research from Zoominfo to linkedin and can navigate the info with putting into Salesforce so thats helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes lags and will crash. I dont have any other challenges for any of my other systems and I am on a synchronous fiber circuit 1gb so I have confirmed it is a Zoominfo crashing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bi research from Zoominfo to linkedin and can navigate the info with putting into Salesforce so thats helpful. We also use it for traditional BI research such as revenues, company attribute similarity.

Use a trial to make sure it is the right fit for your team.

What do you like best about the product?
This is best tool for authentic data in Sales. You can use advanced searches to find the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more advanced features for pulling the data so that you can use it for your cold calling and emails as well.

The problem we solving with ZoomInfo is the authentic phone numbers and email Ids and company contact information.

Information is outdated at times, leading to dead ends.

I used ZoomInfo at my previous job to find phone numbers and email addresses of individuals at companies I couldn't find elsewhere to reach out to.
Amazing tool for outbound sales
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with chrome and every tool. You can fetch a person's email id phone numbers with just a click which is almost accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not include few accounts or companies details and the company acquiring data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm adding the prospects list every day to my outreach sequences it is very easy through LinkedIn sales navigator which helps to minimise the manual efforts of adding each prospect.

It's a good start to analyse and start with your accounts prospecting. I highly recommend it for your research

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Zoominfo is that they have a very good research team that helps them to bring the best of real-time tested data, both emails and phone numbers are most of the time reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major dislike I have about ZoomInfo is that it is Expensive - The cost of the product is far more than their traditional competitors that are providing the same services and inbuild CRM integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in providing good leads to the team of my Sales professionals. They are happy with the quality of leads that the product offers and this has positively helped the team.
