ZoomInfo is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo sales and support teams are very friendly and professional. The platform is easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally come across inaccurate or outdated information. Those instances are few and far between, though. The cost is also a bit much, but fortunately, we were able to secure promotional pricing for 1 year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep for a small company, I have to perform my own lead generation. I make a lot of cold calls and send a lot of emails and it is extremely helpful to have accurate contact information. I have increased my productivity a lot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a sales and/or marketing professional I would recommend using ZoomInfo. It's easy to use and will increase your productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The org. chart helps me in identifying prospects, I like the advance search to locate specific titles and job descriptions of people to go after as prospects when putting my funnel together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the org. chart was a bit more specific in regards to various departments and who they roll up to (report to etc.). This would be helpful in specific positions/job titles that you are targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in identifying who to go after at the corporate level "C-Suite" and giving me the right information email / direct phone number and where they are based out of.
Quality Insights for Researching Companies and Sources
What do you like best about the product?
Ease-of-use stands out first, then the deep dive capabilities provided by XoomInfo really help when it comes time to determine the quality of a lead source from an outreach campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, really. More details on C-Level executives might be useful, but there are other platforms for that. Overall, the integration with Salesforce makes this software a dream to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems to report. Benefits have been numerous, especially when acting in a sales role. I prefer contacting new prospects via email and so far that information has been extremely accurate.

especially with this work from home environment office numbers often dont work. Zoominfo helps with that.

The interface is very simple and easy to get used to.

So far, the insight might need to be reviewed. I haven't found much success reaching out to the companies I see on the insight tab, but I am still in the early stages of the software.

Prospecting has never been easier. Finding useful contacts that I can reach out to has helped me save time and work smarter when prospecting.

Information is accurate and timely and the product is very intuitive when using.

Sometimes the linkedin links for employees do not match the individual being researched.

ZoomInfo Scoops are the best insights to let you know essential opportunities regarding projects & pain points.
Zoominfo Saved and subscribe searches reduce a lot of time when we revisit the same sort of data.
Tags are very helpful in order to reduce duplicacy.

Some Contact numbers are not valid and less a pickup ratio.
Some Linkedins are invalid and wrong.
The date customization feature has been deactivated from intent,but that was very useful earlier.

Great Sales Intelligence Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best quality database with accurate contact information across all industries and countries, alongwith account based intelligence around which technologies and vendors do companies work with
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very expensive and license costs can be very high along with costs related to mining individual contact information from the database. the support team is also not very active

Leveraging the database to build curatedand personalised database lists for sales prospecting alongwith company level org chart and competitive and company inteligence

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to find contact information (the few times when they actually have correct information listed).. I also like when it randomly logs me out 5 times a day or when their horribly annoying extension pops up whenever I highlight any text..
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about this platform is subpar - not sure how this company still is in business. They often don't have a single phone number or email for entire companies. When they do have a prospect's phone and email address, it's often the wrong number or the wrong email... I couldn't dislike a product more than this one - they also charge an incredibly high rate. Save your money and use a cheaper alternative. They also have horrible customer service and a horrible user interface.

Using ZoomInfo has benefited me in one way, I know that I will never purchase another ZoomInfo license again and will ensure that every company I go to in the future doesn't use it.
Must-have for B2B professionals
What do you like best about the product?
What don't I?! I honestly don't know how I managed to get results before getting ZoomInfo. It's intuitive and easy to use, and the customer success team is always willing to help, answering questions and sharing best practices. I want to highlight the Buying Committee feature, a fantastic time-saver whenever I search for new leads. Also, the CRM integration works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that our account administrator had some issues with the metrics section. For some reason, each account activity appears duplicated, so getting those usage metrics isn't as straightforward as it could be, and I don't think the support team has been able to fix that. However, it doesn't impact our use of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for contacts is SO easy now! And knowing that the contact information is accurate like 95% of the time is quite relieving, since I know I won't be putting effort into reaching out to someone only to find out that the email bounced, for example.
