Good Stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can customize my sales flow how I want it ti look and take people in and out as needed. the program has lots of diversity

The program can be really hard to understand how to use sometimes as there are a lot of moving parts

I have been able narrow down my search of contacts to the people I want to talk to and easily put them in a sales flow

Contact information is very accurate which is helpful for sales folks. Also, company summaries that include their current tech stack are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally ZoomInfo will automatically log me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to research prospects quickly, see the competitors, and see recent news which allows me to be more efficient in my outreach.

It is very easy to navigate the tool, and the information is very thorough.

I would like to download more than 25 records at at time

No problems
Definitely a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use it, it's pretty straightforward, but there's definitely a bit of a learning curve with finding each of the components. Compared to Groove, it's pretty similar. It does seem like it'd work well with a technically oriented sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engage has some funny ways to handle building communication templates using variables containing information pulled from Salesforce. It seems to function pretty well once you get it set up, but there are some odd limitations like not being able to throw in a dynamic "Click here for xyz" kind of link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We picked up Engage in conjunction with regular Zoominfo. The most attractive portions of Engage were the auto dialer functionality and point & click salesflow setup. We were hoping to be able to replace Groove with Engage, but it just doesn't quite seem to be there.

Test drive it first to determine if it's within the skillset of your userbase.
Powerful Tool with Great UI
What do you like best about the product?
The information is almost always up to date, and I enjoy the "Buying Committee" feature, which lets me find the right people faster. Plus, the design of the site is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the site speed is slower than other applications I'm using, but other factors could cause that. I would like to see more customization of Navigation bars and other search tools within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of calling into a company blindly and asking for people whom I don't know anything. It also allows me to speak about relevant topics to this business thanks to the Scoops feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! It integrates with other platforms, so you don't have to put all your eggs in one basket if you don't want to!

Its ease of use to navigate companies and find out valuable information on who is viable to contact when executing a company search function.

Sometimes the leads are old or are not as updated. I come into frequently that sometimes the person does not work there any longer which is awkword.or missing info

Difficulty find any decision makers without zoom is difficult till I login in and find out all the company information I would need

some profiles about the lead and company information are outdated and there are not many prospects and company information are available for region like (SEA,MEA , LATAM and EU) as well

ZoomInfo helps me pull both lead and account information for the reach out.

What do you like best about the product?
Nick was able to show me how much this system would help our company right away. He took a small sample size and performed searches for us right away. Additionally, he was able to make the partnership work to fit our budget and provide all the services we needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to this product as of yet. I know that not all contacts will pull through, but still more than half of our sample size, did work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This now allows us to get direct contact information much faster to get to the decision-makers in the business. It is saving us valuable time in handling the searches internally.
