What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great tool that allows me to find the right information and who I should be reaching out to. I love the user interface and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets stuck when you are filtering out your results. It also can be slow at times with loading, but usually can be fixed with a simple refresh of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving is getting the most out of my time by researching the possible customer of the company that I am going to be reaching out to. It also helps me gain insight as to what Technologies they are using today,
Zoominfo Engage: The best sales and prospecting tool available.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, automation and Engage's integration through its Reachout Chrome extension. I can literally be prospecting continuously while on LinkedIn, websites, industry lists etc. When I find a prospect, I can easily and immediately insert them into an Engage salesflow and start communicating and following up automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program needs some work on tags. I have found tags to be unreliable. Also needs to intergrate the tags from Zoominfo to Engage. Also, the Reachout Extension for LinkedIn, needs to handle group lists better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage saves me a ton of time because there is almost no administrative efforts to get a lead into the system and communicate. All the time I save not having to put things into my CRM and assign a communications campaign, I now spend doing more prospecting. More time you spend finding people the more sales you make.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is very feature full and therefore I strongly recommend attending the training first.
Feels illegal for a tool to be this powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives me insight, information, contacts, and metrics that I couldn't find in any other tool. Even if much of the info could be found online (and it cant) the amount of time and researching that ZoomInfo saves, is worth real dollars and cents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a single-page application. The navigation, new taps, new window can be annoying, cumbersome, and inconsistent. Everything should work within one page.

Prospecting and validating leads and potential clients is 100X easier
Simple way to see into an organization
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many search functions that it is easy to locate all the data I'm interested in obtaining. The abundance of filters helps me limit the amount of unnecessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The title Zoom threw me at first, but then I realized Zoominfo was all about the information portion. The software wasn't exactly intuitive until I took two training sessions. After playing with it (hands-on learning) I began to see the huge value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to research companies in my target market and find contact info for the organization. I love that I can see titles and emails to contact the right people quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start playing with it - I think you will be surprised that it's not that hard to get amazing info.
Great Time-Saving Tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo helps save a lot of time on prospecting with company info and contacts available at a glance and available to export to Salesforce, which is really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having complete information on a company including key contacts has been very beneficial for my sales prospecting efforts.
Great tool, but sometimes a bit hard to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find companies and all the basic information about that company such as employee count, HQ, website, etc. But what's critical for my role is contact information, region, industry and competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to save a contact and company. The tag process and then getting back to what I tagged, searched, saved, etc is not very intinuative, easy to find, etc. I wish they made saving and taggin more like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of finding companies that I need to sell to and finding the right contacts within those companies. The benefit is that Zoominfo is integrated with my company's Salesforce, where LinkedIn Sales Navigator is not, so having an extra subscription is not necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare how you use this versus others in the space. The little things make the difference. I like this product, but hoping for some upgrades soon.

The best part about zoominfo is that they have qualified leads who also have the ratings that how much likely they are to be active in the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback is it does not have whole information about the contacts. The search string cannot be customized which if possible can be a major enhancement in the services provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting in touch with the vice presidents and directors of the companies who have the authority to make the decisions has become an easy task.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Outreach and the chrome extension, makes my SDR job extremely fluid and allows me focus on what matters the most instead of trying to look everyhwere for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information seems to be a little outdated, but I still consider Zoominfo one of the most accurate platforms in the market right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard as a SDR to get accurate contact information when our are planning your prospecting. Zoominfo helps me get the insights on the companies I'm targeting, what technologies they use, and other data that really helps me stay focus and easily find customers with ideal profiles for my product.

Make sure that you leverage the resource center and the interactive videos. Tons of great information !!
ZoomInfo is Vital for Sales Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is simply the best service I have ever found for finding contacts AND contact information such as phone numbers and company email addresses. That it also has web links to citations and mobile phone numbers is just icing on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while it can be slow. No other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very difficult to get good company email information as well as direct phone numbers. The benefits are much time savings on cold calling and email campaigns.

Technology data of a company could be more detailed
When using a search, the ability to move to a company name, not just page by page. For example, I have a search with 2K contacts. I sort by company name and I have to go page by page to get to the one I left off
