Using ZoomInfo's all-you-can-eat bundle
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and very very friendly user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data in the database can sometimes be unreliable. I get 10-15% bounce rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bundle we have is ZI database, Intent, WebSite Visitor, and Engage. I like that we have everything in one place, so I don't have to switch between different software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you decide to use ZI, get the bundle. Works best when you have all the tools at your disposal.

The least helpful is the search function within a company's employee tab

The problems I am solving are mainly gaps in my CRM. The benefits are that I can contact my accounts at a higher rate

I like how easy the search is to be able to search for a particular company or person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some departments aren't as filled out as they could be. Ex. Finance department, HR department, etc.

It's easy to prospect a specific location/employer size for potential products.

It's by far worth it.
Zoom is good, but way overpriced.

It was a solid system, easy to use, navigate, export, build lists, etc. I definitely enjoyed it but the contacts were pretty limited for us. They are also pretty pushy

The worst parts were the price and limited contacts. For a small organization, quality is important. But having plenty of contacts and price are very important to us.

We were solving our lead issue. It took so much time to work through lists, pull contact info, google it and then ultimately reach out. this helped our efficiency

The product works well, push for massive discounts.

The ability to quickly and easily add prospective contacts into automated salesflows
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky adding multiple contacts to salesflows, can't seem to search for contacts by email address when receiving undeliverable receipt to remove.

Failed email deliveries and the accuracy of the data can sometimes cause issues.

The benefits are the new business we have obtained using Engage and the ease of sending multiple emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and the information within the website- emails, numbers, titles, LinkedIn profiles, Twitter. YOu can even filter with types of roles and titles. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't anything that I can think of that would need changing. Maybe make the division the contact works in more accessible. I often find that I have a hard time locating that filter.

The problem that I solve is figuring out who I need to speak to and it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
The way this software helps marketing people and sales people to find their potential customer is one of the best in class.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't seen anything bad. AFAIK if your database is big then data accuracy might be low

We are enriching our database in real time. It's helping me to stay updated. The information passed by zoominfo is helping us in our marketing.

If you want to keep your database healthy and updated choose zoominfo. It's one of the great product in the segment.
Found ZoomInfo to be inaccurate outdated information
What do you like best about the product?
I did not like anything about ZoomInfo, none of the information was correct or helpful in any way. It was all outdated and took me more time to find the correct info once I realized what they had was wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that the info in ZoomInfo was completely inaccurate, outdated, and not even fully filled out. I wasted so much time calling places that told me that person left the organization years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not seen any benefits. I was trying to solve the problem of not having the correct leads for cold calling, but it did not solve my problem at all, it made it worse.

I absolutely love that you can save searches and come back to them while prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really prefer if there were a better way to filter to see if leads are in SF in another salesperson's name. Our's does not work as well as I hoped. Really good start.
