Excellent Database for B2B Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing of the Database is the accuracy and ease of access within different geos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as much, most of the database enough fields to search for.

What do you like best about the product?
Saved searches email me daily (frequency is up to you), allowing me to start each day connecting with new people relevant to my professional network. I frequently start my day with a smile due to a great new contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across outdated information, but often I still reach the right person; they are just now at a new company (but still in my industry). When I don't reach the right person, I may make a new connection (happy accident).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting in front of as many people as possible increases the likelihood that I will solve a problem or fill a need for someone every day. I couldn't do it without a tool to be seeking out contacts for me constantly.

ZoomInfo is one of the tools I use daily to reach people relevant to my work.
Created an easily manageable interface to track and log all touchpoints
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the real-time indication of opened emails to give me a better idea if I need to change the content of my emails versus the subject line to attract opened emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay of sent emails and the fact that when you send off an email, the window dosen't automatically close, so if distracted when at work, you are not sure if the email was sent out or not

The high volume of touchpoints throughout the day makes the work environment far more productive. Adjusting emails when opened versus non opened with different subject matter pertaining to a particular industry

What do you like best about the product?
The tools and data that Zoominfo provides to zero-in on my target customers as well as the insights and industry news relating to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of Zoominfo and Engage could be better; though I imagine that's part of their roadmap

Finding the right customers - in need and size - for our solution instead of blasting media and marketing out and hoping it hits the right people at the right companies
Sales Tool EVERYONE Needs
What do you like best about the product?
User accessibility!! I use ZoomInfo and Zoom Engage EVERYDAY!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything. If I had to come up with one thing it would be the app could use some work. It is not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have any excuse to not have a way to at least attempt to reach a potential client.

What do you like best about the product?
How ZoomInfo pulls contacts from the company and how you can sort them by company name, job title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
That ZoomInfo doesn't work with every website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding out contacts needed to get in touch with the company. This has been a huge help and time saver exporting to Salesforce
A great source of prospecting information
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the chrome extension that allows me to prospect on LinkedIn navigator, for example, and then click ZoomInfo, and if they have the information, it shows immediately. And if not, I can go to the company and replicate the email structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is very dated and irrelevant. Or it is very USA-focused so prospecting throughout Europe is sometimes a struggle. With this being said it feels like they are doing the best job possible with all the relevant data protection rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I can go about my prospecting and then check on Zoominfo if they have the relevant information.
2. I can use it as a prospecting tool because I can set parameters, and it will tell me which companies to look at.

Find your own way to make the best use of it as we are all different.

Sometimes google or sales navigator has the information that Zoom info does not have.

I have not yet used advanced tools yet. Not applicable at this time.
