It’s a good tool with good information
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has great information that can be leveraged during the sales process. It gives you data enrichment, and provides org charts & scoops to better personalize your outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo tends to glitch a lot. Some of the data is not completely accurate and I have to use another tool to compliment the gaps. Sometimes the omni bar doesn't work properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to export contacts with the salesnav/sales force integration. It's also easy to leverage scoops information to personalized your outreach to the right contact

Intent searches are great for finding accounts to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm unable to find current contacts that I see listed on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of not knowing where to start. ZoomInfo helps me prospect more efficiently.
Stay away from Zoominfo. Shady contract lock-in clauses and unethical practices
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides good data for the US and Canada.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unethical business practices like I have never seen before in an attempt to lock you in their contract forever.
First of all, their account executive sold us the "full version" of Zoominfo only for us to realize that it was missing all European data and forced us to pay an additional US$ 7,000 for it. The data for Europe is not even good; we got almost no return on the expensive investment we made on the platform, so our sales team decided not to renew. However, Zoominfo's contract is shady and sneaks in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract; you won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires.
We've tried to cancel our contract with a 45 days notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew another year because the notice is 60 days (uncommon in the SaaS industry). Their reps harass you, calling five times a day to force the renew and threatening with legal action and debt collectors.
We are a company based in Europe, and the European Union considers this practice "unfair contract terms" and such lock-in clauses cannot be enforced as they do in the US, but still Zoominfo keeps sending constant legal threats and harasses our sales reps and calls the office all the time with more threats.

We tried to use Zoominfo as part of an outbound strategy, but the data for Europe is not good and we want to cancel it. The data for US and Canada is better, but not great to actually justify their prices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay from Zoominfo. They will sneak in clauses in the contract to ensure you can never leave without renewing a contract you don't want. There are better alternatives out there, such as Apollo, Lusha, and others. I would never recommend doing any business with Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Intents is an unmatched portal into a prospect's organizational structure. It also provides an invaluable indicator on what the prospect is interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit more responsive. At times the site chugs.

We are much quicker at identifying accounts with buying indicators and rushing to provide solutions with time sensitive requirments

The ability to find the right people and the right contact information

Some out of date contacts but not enough to be an issue

Again the time saved in research scrubbing the internet or making multiple calls to get to the right people is great

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can search it Zoominfo has almost every company that I want to look for. I also like the fact that people can join from all arounf the world and I can be connected to them in a moment's notice. It is really great to not have a lot of sites doing this because then that would mean that I could not get quality information from the internet. Zoominfo is a that definitely will allow you to get more work done and push you past what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the fact that sometimes the numbers are not accurate. I also dislike the fact that I have to write so much for this review just to get an amazon gift card. Dont get me wrong it is worth it, but Zoominfo is really doing the most when it comes to try and leaving reviews. This doesn't make any sense, but it is all good just as long as I get my gift card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of finding good leads and targets. I am also solving the problem of verifying good accounts, and Zoominfo is great for that. There is tremendous upside in the way that zoominfo hands out information. Like the fact that I am able to get an amazon card.

I would recommend to google people and clicking on their profile from that site because it is easily verified.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can get the email and phone numbers of leads on ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo is also very detailed when it comes to company descriptions and lead job titles and responsibilities. I also like that it provides you with additional leads at a company that you may not be aware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I haven't been able to navigate the site to see where I can group my leads together by a company but should be able to discuss this with my ZoomInfo lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach leads by phone and email was my biggest obstacle so far. ZoomInfo allows me to search leads and provides me with their contact information for that we can connect.

Give it a try. You will love the product and the customer service that goes along with it.

Can get expensive with credits; information is not always up to date.

Amount of data that is on the platform is the number one thing about it, the second best would be how easy it is to use

The credit system, if paid for should have unlimited credits
