ZoomInfo Is a Must Tool for all salespeople

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to surgically search prospective companies and contacts. This provides great targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not up to date, but less than 10% of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to key decision-makers, via mobile phone, LinkedIn and supplemental emails

Great database, all of the information under one roof!

What do you like best about the product?
You can find all information available on a company or contact in one page. Zoominfo saves a lot of time and capital as we do not need to spend a lot of resources on different platforms. It saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some flaws like with any other database platform, such as LinkedIn URLs of contacts are not updated or having a broken link. Another example would be that the location when compared with other reliable sources, seems different in some records. From time to time, we as users can update this information by suggesting an update option in Zoominfo, and frequent updates would also help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, we have been spending a lot less time looking for information on a company or contact. Zoominfo gives all this information in one place, it provides us with the liberty to spend more time on things we could not find on Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform can help you in many ways and in specific sales regions, where you can find a lot of information in one place. It can be used as a primary research tool and then any other platform can be used for secondary or more intense research if you are not able to find that information on Zoominfo.

I think I would like it to be more informative about what feature you get for your money when you sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving being able to see what other accounts sales associates are talking to so we don't cross over each other. Which was a problem

The fact that I can get contact info while using Linkedin and Salesforce integration

Nothing really. I use the tool in so many ways and I'm still learning new things

Finding new contacts and information is helping me solve problems before I reach out to them because I know their pain

It's a great sales tool with the best information you can't anywhere else in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is quickly accessing information without having to make several phone calls or send lengthy emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, information about some people is missing, including records to individuals working at different organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the INTENT tab to look into individuals searching for our services is solving the aspect of going out and doing extensive research.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility to such a large amount of information and the user interface is very easy to use. The integration with engage is especially useful, as I can use engage to help manage my workload, and being able to import the contacts straight from ZoomInfo is seamless, 80% of the time, anyway. The range of information is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like more could be done for UK/EU contacts, sometimes the information is lacking, or incorrect, whereas US information tends to be a bit more accurate. Sometimes exporting to engage can be a bit buggy and the export will fail or take a very long time. Sometimes the information can be a year or more out of date. Engage's email writing capabilities could be a bit better, the formatting of emails can sometimes come out a bit weird, and the choice is fonts is frankly poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually store information in excel is very useful. I can chop and change lists on the fly and don't have to go through and update contacts manually from lists permanently. Although I'm not a huge fan of the formatting capabilities in writing emails through engage, the mass mailing feature is very handy when I get to the end of my cadences as I can start to send large amounts of templates out to prospects that I'm not writing a personalized email to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stick with it, they are constantly developing the service. The products are excellent with some minor kinks, that I'm sure in the coming months are going to be ironed out. I think this will be one of the leading products in sales very soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Cell numbers, direct dials, correct email addresses, Intent and Scoops, Salesforce integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee count is not highly accurate. It seems to be over the actual count, especially on companies with less than 100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reach the right company contacts at the right time. I've updated my CRM with many direct dials, cell numbers, email addresses and lowered the time required to contact prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very accurate with all the needed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high, but definitely worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my line of work, getting to the right contact is vital, and Zoominfo provides me with the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Wonderful Experience for ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
I can find contacts for multiple different companies and filter down to if they have direct lines or mobile numbers. I also really like using the various attributes to see a little more about a companies makeup on critical points I might not have thought of.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the processing time is still a little long, there are not a lot of data in the United Kingdom, and ZoomInfo does not filter down to square footage, so building a building industry list can be difficult. Other than those few complaints, I have enjoyed using ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a marketing firm that specializes in calling leads, having access to direct lines and mobile numbers for various companies has helped increase contact rate with these key decision makers. ZoomInfo is also a really good source to build list for our representatives to call.
