What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy most the availability of direct phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It constantly logs me out because I use a VPN. This results in having to resign in twice within an hour and provide the SMS Text 6-digit code. Pretty pretty annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM is missing a plethora of data points. This includes TITLES, PHONE and EMAIL. This means are agents can't prioritize who to call or have a means to contact them. With Zoominfo we solved this.

ZoomInfo is the tool to use for contact data

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to pick something that I dislike ... and I do have to work hard to think of something .... I would say that it is frustrating that ZoomInfo makes you sit through a demo before you can see pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, ZoomInfo solves two problems. First, it gives me a fast and efficient way to filter down to the exact account profile AND persona profile that I am interested in reaching. Secondly, ZoomInfo continuously adds functionality to enable me to rank contacts based on who is most likely to buy from me ... not just who is most likely to buy, but who is most likely to buy from ME.

What do you like best about the product?
This box isn't nearly big enough. The features and functionality of Zoominfo are light years beyond the competition. It covers every industry you could need. The depth and breadth of information are incredible: titles, emails, phones, addresses, what CRM they use, how much revenue they generate, etc. Beyond the product's core functionality, two other things stood out. The integration with Salesforce is sublime; your SFDC data goes from messy and full of holes to clean and complete in a few clicks. Lastly, the quality of their onboarding/support team is second to none. These are great folks that go above and beyond to make customers happy. We're thrilled to have this in our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only possible drawback is that it is not cheap. But if you are a company that can afford to spend the money, it will pay back in many multiples of incremental sales generated.

My only suggestion would be to wait until you have enough sales traction to commit to the expense. As our sales rep was fond of saying, it is the "growth fuel" for your sales department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed clean contact data for our sales outreach. We also need good company information to segment our outbound marketing properly. Our reps were spending WAY too much time digging around for information instead of doing outreach and meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until you can justify the expense, then dive in.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way ZoomInfo provided me ability to find client contacts and resources from just company name.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt have anything that I disliked as I was able to quickly achieve my goal

My problem was finding credible contacts in an account and ZoomInfo helped me solve that problem

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of ZoomInfo. Filters and fields can be easily located and used. Excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new user, it can be overwhelming due to the many functionalities and features to be explored. I would suggest having a roadmap for beginners of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily find new leads and prospects contacts once you set up your client search criteria.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the resource list at the Knowledge Center; they have great content and cover all the topics you need to know.

Zoom Info - Takes the Heavy Lifting out of Prospect List Building

What do you like best about the product?
I like how functional Zoom Info is. I primarily use it to build lists of contacts, and doing this is simple. It is fast, easy to use, and has extensive data. My experience is that the data is generally accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that there are several features that I do not use at all. So if I had to pick something that I dislike, I would note that I do not like how there are several options on Zoom Info that I simply never use, and so sometimes that info can get in the way and clutter my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is building lists to prospect potential new customers. I am able to quickly build a comprehensive list of prospects fairly easily and quickly. I am also able to access information that I was not aware was available. For example, I can search for all companies / contacts in a particular industry, and Zoom Info will provide the data, often surprising me with companies I was not aware of.

Excellent software for outbound prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The access to direct emails and phone numbers including mobile lines. Since the COVID, work from home frequency has increased exponentialy, and the ability to reach mobile lines is key, especially in our industry when most of the prospects we speak with work remote. The interface is quite easy to learn and understand, which has been very helpful for the new members we brought onto our team. Additionally, Zoominfo Intent is great add on to target prospects which may be searching for services directly inline with what we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary and only issue with Zoominfo is its lack of data for SMB customers. However, I believe this is due to the industry my company is in (eCommerce). For enterprise or mid-market level prospecting, Zoominfo is the best tool I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching our prospects directly through email or phone. Zoominfo offers the most accurate and comprehensive data for outbound prospecting. Without it, our connect rates would be much lower. Additionally, Zoominfo's intent allows us to work smarter and focus on our efforts on companies searching for services we offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The access to small data of new people at companies, intent data and scoops can really put your sales team in the good habit of working their territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much the data is good, but more global data would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our reps to consistently and daily work their territory. Yes, huge new prospects and methodology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't settle for them showing you a bit of data, get a full month or so trial so your reps can really test the data for their territories.

What do you like best about the product?
You can access contact info and employee details for companies. When you are able to find a business on there, emplyees and their roles are given. Also, you can track leads to identify who has been viewing your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often is not up to date and can be challenging to access the correct info for people. Not only that, not all businesses can be found on here. Linkedin has a more reliable/updated data base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospecting potential people to reach out to for sales, this is a huge help in collecting the means necessary to connect with them (phone numbers, emails, ect).
