Multi Faceted Platform which helps you get things done
What do you like best about the product?
Three things that make this tool stand out-
1) Helps and enables me with my lead generation activity (Meant for sales folks)
2) Improves my ability to reach out to prospect via different channels.
3) Finally with its sales intelligence platform, it helps me with all the relevant information to target my prospect with a use case in mind

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a tad bit expensive for small businesses and teams like ours. Another enormous drawback with this tool is the fact that it does not integrate with CRM's so easily.
Another of their competitor Lusha has a much better UI than them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A couple of our challenges, i.e., Lead mining, Database building, and email verification, are solved via ZoomInfo.
Using sales intelligence, we've been able to gather information and build a database of folks we can pitch our offerings to. It has also helped us verify those emails which were mostly bouncing because it was incorrect.
Our lead generation activity has undoubtedly benefited from this tool, and we have been able to generate sales-accepted leads.

I find this tool very useful, but it is costly. If you find this tool beyond your budget, you can choose its alternatives like Lusha. I really hope Zoominfo offers different pricing for small businesses.
Great platform for finding new business contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can modify my contact search, including the contact position in the company, location, number of employees, contact info. I like that I can require a potential connection to have a business, mobile email, and phone. I can choose if I want only some contact info or all of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things I would improve. I find it inconvenient that the platform will show me already added contacts. Sometimes the program will let me download the same connection and charge me a quota ( via Excel sheets).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to find potential leads for the business. It is incredible how you can see potential leads' phones and emails. It makes it very easy to reach out to a specific person in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch all tutorials and get ZoomEngage certification! It takes about 1-2 hours to complete it.

I love how easy it is to get the direct contact numbers of the prospects

Sometimes, it shows a number for a person who might have the same name as the desired person but is still not the correct person

Use it to dig out direct mobile numbers and email for outreach and cold calls

Simple and effective UI, lots of enriched information about partners/companies. Helps make the right decision

Privacy is no more, with tools like this that give you all the info on it there into one place

Zoominfo has the best coverage of prospects database. The filters available for contacts search is quite exhaustive to select exactly the kind of ICPs we require. The chrome plugin tool by Zoominfo is also quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact numbers of prospects are sometime not rightly updated. Most of the time it is company board numbers.

Building prospects contact database for email marketing and data enrichment of existing contact database

I can see information about businesses and people that work for the business. I like seeing the hierarchy and if there are parent companies or subsidiaries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like All features of zoominfo. for last 4 years, I am using zoominfo. The best thing about zoominfo is Mobile Numbers, Direct Phone Numbers. I have check all database software but found zoominfo best as compared to other database softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Export Settings in case of contacts. Sometimes its automatically change although we fix the setting before exporting data. Also I find Personal email addresses in the column/place of Business email addresses like xxxx@gmail.com, xxxx@yahoo.com, xxx@msn.com etc. So in this case, especially zoominfo team need to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily getting the relevant titles by adding/typing the title keywords in "title" column and its really sorted for me. So i am able to preapre the most relevant contacts list in simple and fast way. Management level helps me in best way. I am so much happy that our company is using zoominfo services to reachout the target prospects. thank you.
Easy and Effecient: ZoomInfo keeps data flowing
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of ZoomInfo was both user-friendly and adaptive. I found myself quickly adding to workflows and adjusting sales filters and criteria within a few days of establishing them. The platform allows for a comfortable experience, and the infrequent prompts offer helpful assistance throughout your use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked the difficulty behind changing certain fields on a lead. On multiple occasions, I found myself navigating through multiple sub portals, or fields, to update the one that I needed. I would prefer to see a more cohesive display for the data when on an active call. Also, allowing that information to be editable within the tab in real-time would be a huge bonus to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to solve the problem of finding an accurate and reliable dialer that could integrate with my leads. The ZoomInfo dialing system is unparalleled when it comes to lead outreach. A good call campaign with multiple levels of sales outreach has been easy to maintain and has provided a drastic ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend pre-scrubbing your data to be as accurate as possible. Once in the system, I found edits quite tricky. However, the platform does a great job of sorting leads and making them easy to classify and locate. The platform is also great for smaller teams with heavier outbound lead flow. Campaigns can easily be created and assigned to subcategories or other users within the system.

Filters and linkedin url are my personel favourite. Its because i usually have find linkedin profile separtely if not given and that takes my time and effort. Zoominfo helps me to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the linkedin url are not correct and it takes me to some unknown location and that's very much irritating.After i have to put extra time and effort to find those urls.

I am usually trying to find contact emails. These helps me to generate leads and makes my works faster and easier.Because of this features and customization a, i can find emails and specific designation too.
