Zoominfo is great

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great tool that integrates well with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and my other prospecting tools. It's invaluable in identifying company org structures, finding contact information, and establishing relationships between key decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as comprehensive or accurate as I would like. I often find individuals who have left organizations with their data still attached to the org, when it can be found publicly online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my issue with finding people's names and email addresses to add to sourced lists, prospecting efforts, and making connections in leadership. I'm able to save time guessing or sourcing emails through other methods.

Easy to administer

What do you like best about the product?
I manage day-to-day provisioning for ZoomInfo, which is easy to administer. Our CSM (Zach) is also a fantastic resource and meets with us biweekly to help us understand and optimize credit usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo's user interface can feel a bit complex at first glance, but once you learn the basics it's not very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo for enriching accounts and contacts in SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact info and also how fast and automate this is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much work this generates for me. Just kidding. The first thing I do at the beginning of the work day is see who is listed under intent so I can create automated cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of having to rely on an internal lead-generating engine aka BDR . The fact that you can automate the lists and have them emailed to you solves 90% of the work a sales rep hates about their role.

What do you like best about the product?
The completeness of the offering. The accuracy of the information, along with the various features, such as WebSights, Intent Data, etc, make it a great solution. The onboarding and training have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far that is unique to ZoomInfo. Pricing for leads is expensive but no more than other similar tools. There are cases where the UI could be better organized, the options are so vast sometimes it can be confusing,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying potential buyers in our designated personas is one priority, Buyer intent allows us to get out in front of purchases and that is a huge benefit, The integration to the Engage platform is perfect for our outbound BDR process.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to use SFDC integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process is a little tedious, and the mobile app doesn't work in South Africa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see which contacts have information updated allows for easier connection.

Zoominfo - A one stop solution for your Database Needs

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a tool to build a rich database and start your calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn connections within a minimal timeframe. Zoominfo provides an incredible variety of filters to segregate and filter out the needed database. I would recommend it to every person who is in inside sales and business development work as it is a significant factor which improves the ability and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do not get the exact person over ZoomInfo. Other than this, there is nothing to dislike in the Zoominfo software as it serves the purpose significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I solve with Zoominfo are that it helps me create, design, and execute my campaigns. The database quality I get is rich and allows me to engage with more people. It has numerous filters, which helps me get the exact data set I want within a given time frame.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a handy tool. We can have multiple information on one page. The contact information of a prospect, the company research, trends in the industry, and market insights all are available in ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't generate leads from ZoomInfo; instead, I develop them from the Sales navigator. The reason is that the database is not frequently updated, as a person who has left the company is still in that company at Zoominfo. They need to keep it up to date. And also, some contact information is incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that ZoomInfo solves are the time, effort, and resources. Even with the flaws, it is one of the great tools available in the market. We get helpful information from ZoomInfo insights and use it in our proposal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the UI - it's really easy to navigate even if you have no prior experience or knowledge of the platform. They organize the info in a way that you dont notice how every single number is the same directory line
What do you dislike about the product?
i really disliked the quality of information on zoominfo... it really did not have any QA on the emails to verify if they were valid or not and it would not have correct titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they were for sales / lead generation. I would have to collect phone numbers of prospective clients and cold call them. Most of the time it was a dial by name directory.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if the price is right it might be worth it, but i dont know what the new generation of products look like.. i tried to sign up once upon a time at my current company but it had way too many steps and I was not going to be utilizing it that much.

I would love it to be cheaper, but it is nonetheless a great value ;-)

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkedIn plug in is the best thing about Engage. It allows you to quickly identify contact details of the right prospects and quickly export them to your CRM or sales engagement platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't grab the new email as quickly when an employee has very recently moved roles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying contact details including phone number for key prospects
