All the pizzaz
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature would be the ability to use the extension to export directly to update a contact with new and better information. I've used other services before and the quality of Zoominfo's information (particularly emails) is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo bundles departments under one entity. Instead of having a separate section for say Parks and Recreation (or even sometimes a school district), it will umbrella the employees as being all from the main government. I've found this to be true of other private sector entities as well especially those with branch locations. This is a minor issue if you work with both automation and hand cleaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing information would be our key problem to solve. Hard to find emails or direct phone numbers that have been easily located with Zoominfo are leading to more booked meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know that different features require different subscription plans.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is working very fine for me and there are a lot of features that I like best, the most important feature that I like the most is the ZoomInfo Scope future, this is regularly updated by ZoomInfo and I can see the important information related to a particular company, I can get information related to pain pint, projects and funding, hence this is the most important feature and I like this the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact, ZoomInfo is the best platform for the database but the licence price of this platform is really very high and this is the only thing that I dislike and if I will compare this with the other platform I must say this is really very expensive database platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving many problems for me related to sales and business development, I am getting business emails, business direct phone numbers, ZoomInfo intent, ZoomInfo scoops, and many more like advance filter features as well, hence these are the main problem I am solving with the ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is really very useful, I definitely asked my all connection and all the other contacts out there to try this out, this platform is really very usefull.

ZoomInfo streamlines prospecting and keeps me informed of any changes in the companies and contacts I'm pursuing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information so it can be difficult to drill down where to start. The training helps, but I'm still learning to find the right people at each company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is goal one with my position, and ZoomInfo really speeds that along. It has also been beneficial in identifying their sphere of influence.

A Sales Team Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get such deep insights into targeted accounts, contact information and more is unmatched by any tool I've personally used. The intent functionality is one of my personal favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's much to dislike. Great lead finding tool that provides in-depth business insight to help you better time outreaches, target the right contacts and integrates with our CRM. Maybe I'd say if some sort of website traffic insight was available to see how active or strong an eCommerce business is online might be great... If something like this is even achieveable. Overall one of the best tools I've used to hunt for new leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zoom info Chrom app allows me to quickly get more information on a business while on their site without leaving their site page. I instantly get revenue figures, key contacts and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try 100%. I've tried several tools over the years to uncover new leads and provide account insights and by far, Zoominfo has been the best tool that I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, this product was misrepresented by the sales staff as having a specialized audience when in fact, it did not have the audience. After several attempts to rectify the matter they notify us that we have no right to cancel the agreement even though they do not have the data requested. BUYER BEWARE
What do you dislike about the product?
Before you sign a contract with ZoomInfo, be very careful. You will need to ensure your outline the contact information data you are looking for in detail within the contract as if you do not; their contract is so general they will not honor what their salesperson and leadership misrepresent about their available data. I had a particular audience. In my correspondence with the sales team, they informed me they had my audience and even told me they could easily create a solid list of 35K contacts. Upon executing the contract, I found out that they do not have the audience I was promised. I was introduced to a third-party audience provider; told they would be able to provide me with my audience and that they would soon be a part of ZoomInfo so their credits would apply. Shortly after that, the ZoomInfo team notified me they would not apply for the credits and that even though they DO NOT have the audience, the sales team told me they did but that I could not terminate my contract. I could use the 35K credits towards any other audience. Regardless that I only entered an agreement with them for that specific contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - FRAUD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have created more problems for me over the contract period and are causing me to spend more time and money to get the correct audience information they promised. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS W/ ZOOM INFO

Do not consider this product if you have a specialized audience. They have general audience data only. It is also essential to know that the Sales Team will say anything to close the deal, even promised data not available on their platform. When you try to resolve the issue, their legal department will tell you they have other data you can use, regardless of what your documented purpose for purchase was.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives me the data I need to be effective when reaching out to prospects. It allows me to target people to help create impact rather than companies that don't need my help. In the end, it allows me to find the right people to talk to and eliminates guesswork. The sales training is not a breeze; it makes you think and incorporates using the tool and best in class business development training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting used to only because there is so much data, and they have tried to make it easy to use, but you still have to learn to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the time issue with prospecting. Using this tool helps me solve prospects' business issues; the scoops and intent add insight I would have spent hours trying to find and narrowing the data to businesses that can utilize the products and services I offer.

What do you like best about the product?
A previous user of both RainKing Online and Discover.Org, the updated features to ZoomInfo have greatly enhanced my ability to serve the business.

As technologies continue to develop I would like to see them added to ZoomInfo Intent more rapidly.

Wonderful Prospecting Product
What do you like best about the product?
After using other prospecting tools, I have really appreciated the quality of Zoominfo's data. They work hard to refresh their data as often as possible and are transparent if they are unsure of the quality of the contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be a bit overwhelming to a first-time user, but they have so many resources to make the user experience easier. My team completed the Zoominfo 101 and 102 trainings which were very comprehensive and provided great tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher quality data, more contact information, and the Scoops are everything! I have really enjoyed using Zoominfo reach out on Sales Nav and on company websites.

Slick, 2nd to None Intelligence & CRM Export on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
ZI is the leader in the field for all that it does -- it's only gotten that much better since the merger with DiscoverOrg, and we haven't even sunk our teeth yet into what we might do with an addition of ChorusAI! The overall user interface is super intuitive and easy to use... I love the quick CRM export with our SFDC instance and the ease with which we can review Org Charts, Contact Info, Tech and Budget info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how many great features seem to be lurking behind the ellipses (...) and should be more to the forefront. Many people seem to not know what's truly "hiding in plain sight" as some of ZI's best and most lucrative features. The ListMatch function leaves much to be desired when we can't do a straight-on import/export form our SFDC instance....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
uncovering the right key players for our business; exporting new Leads/Contacts &/or updating records to SFDC; mobile #s for the right contacts; IT budgets and Scoops (pain points & projects in particular), and more!
