Great tool for surfacing new potential leads
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to help the sales and marketing teams run basic outreach campaigns. I like that you can easily import zoominfo lists that you've built out for campaigns and that you can create salesflows and templates for emails. Building the salesflows / campaigns is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is obviously still a work in progress. A lot of the features break and have bugs - so many that I am reaching out to support around once a week or every two weeks with another bug - bulk enrolling contacts into the salesflows has been an issue that I've encoundered too many times to count. Also some areas such as the filtering and analytics just aren't up to par with the filtering of contacts and reporting we'd like to do for the campaigns. I've only really used the email features so I can't really speak to the calling side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold email outreach, bulk emailing for sales campaigns, automating cold email outreach, organizing database of contacts that we aren't yet ready to bring into our hubspot account. Overall, it has been a good way of reaching out to cold contacts and keeping them separate from the contacts that we would consider to be warmer leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until this tool is built out a little more unless you are okay with dealing with bugs and issues here and there. Some support is able to help fix and others can take a few weeks before they are fixed if it is a deeper issue that the engineering team has to get more involved in.
MUST NEED TOOL FOR ANY SALES FUNCTION
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use, and the best part is it integrates well with Gmail and Linkedin. It can sync contacts, accounts, leads, and even find the right prospects using Zoominfo. It has reduced manual intervention by almost 90%. It saves time and allows sales individuals to focus on selling rather than gathering data and uploading in CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly, I do not have anything to mention here that I dislike about the tool. The only thing I'll say is that it's very addictive and makes you want to work harder and smarter.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to learn how to use, how reliable it is and consistent it it, how you can manage your preferences and create your own feed personalized to what you need to see. The help assistance with account executives is great too. The knowledge center is amazing for learning everything you need to know about ZoomInfo itself as well as general practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Notihng, sometimes there isn't the information you need but if ZoomInfo doesn't have it, it probably isn't anywhere. ZoomInfo is the main source!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads that fit the profile I'm looking for, seeing relevant news and data. I've saved so much time and accessed so much information that helps qualify business

What do you like best about the product?
Our first experiences with Discover.org to search for potential new customers were not very promising for the German-speaking area. So we canceled the experiment. Now our American colleagues have approached us with Zoominfo, and I am delighted with the user-friendliness and the results
What do you dislike about the product?
German language support and menu navigation would speed up work even further. Furthermore, it would be nice to have a back button in each view to make it easier to return to the previous one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using ZoomInfo, I reduced my working time for looking for new contacts at potentially interesting companies by 4/5. So I can concentrate more on my actual work and contact more customers.

Try it out and let yourself be convinced of the scope and quality of the product by using it!

What do you dislike about the product?
The export list option is a bit confusing as it is not on the front page
Sometimes numbers/email ids are not direct ones but instead board line numbers.
As it is based on a credit system, you might want to pull a long list and lose out of credits midway.

Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to give me insights on the company, as well as contact info for key company people. FOr prospecting, it's a 10/10. The info isn't always correct, but it's such a fantastic tool to combine with a Sales Nav. It really gives you a lot of insight before you make that first call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The info can be outdated, and or if the company is small, the info isn't very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting potential customers. Reaching out to cross sell current customers. It's just a fantastic tool!
False Information Used
What do you like best about the product?
I dont like this site at all. Do not trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I looked myself up to only notice all false infomation about my business, location and other info. I have never signed up for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can not contact anyone which is why I am writing a review on false information. I do not recommend using ZoomInfo.

Double check the info you used. Majority of the information is false.
ZoomInfo with LD Filtration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been incredibly helpful with connecting with the correct people, building analytics using their "Websights" feature as well as using "Engage" to assist our team with organizing their sales-flow for better growth. We are very excited to see how ZoomInfo will help us move forward
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is a bit intimidating initially as there is A LOT of information, options, etc. It also has been mildly glitchy and required the use of incognito mode in chrome to sort some glitches out. It is relatively expensive compared to other softwares; however we are still yet to use it to its full capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building analytics, widening our sales penetration by contacting folks outside of our traditional sales territory, utilizing engage to make our sales process more efficient and effective.
The best data augmentation tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo it's simply fantastic in every aspect. With it we can increase the quality of information on our marketing tools and also help our sales teams making better decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to understand all the features at first.

With Zoominfo we're augmenting all our leads and contacts data right from the start and that way ensuring that all of our data its correct and consistent to use.
