Zoom Info Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do a deep dive in researching prospects while still getting so much more from daily alerts to updated news/events for new and existing customers. Zoom makes it easier to eliminate other tools and provides you with a single application for all your needs. Their customer service is also amazing when explaining an issue and they resolve it before the call ends. Completely recommend to all users in Sales
What do you dislike about the product?
More frequent updates on customer information to be in real-time. Other than that, I feel the rest is locked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving hours of wasted time to research and discover. Benefiting from time back in my day and information gathered from Zoom for internal strategy calls

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's integration with SalesForce and the updated mobile, email, and job titles info of target individuals. Helps save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the LinkedIn profiles are not attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find the right set of people to target using the designation filter and this has really helped me increase my productivity as a salesperson,

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo, unlike competing products, actually provides the data necessary to make good connections with prospects. Information is clearly displayed; I found it to be not only abundant but accurate and up to date as well. Nearly 90% of all leads had a contact phone number as compared to other services who claim to be competitors of Zoominfo who were in and around the 30%-40% range.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can feel a tad overwhelming as there is a LOT of information displayed at one time. Having an abundance of information is not necessarily a bad thing, but I would prefer the option to customize what I see there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives our sales team the ability to get access to contacts whom we would otherwise have a ton of difficulty in identifying. Their data matches us up with the types of companies and the appropriate connections that we're seeking. Their ability to dial down and provide not only company and contact info but personal emails and phone numbers is a phenomenal boost for productivity and success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are competitors out there who are cheaper and make claims that they have a competitive product. We made the mistake of going that route and nearly instantly regretted it. If you're going to shop around, don't do it solely on price because you will get what you pay for. We received inferior data, which often had missing information and actually forced us to have to do more work instead of saving us time and getting our sales rolling.

Ease of Use. Able to build out projects and mark where we stand with the contact.

If I dislike something, there seems to be a solution for it the next time I log on!

Finding the right contact information. The product has paid for itself with two placements made with contact info found on ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
Size of their database, constantly reviewing and refreshing contact info, company hierarchy charts, product and service insights, Integration with Salesforce and Outreach to export contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the data can't always be 100% accurate or up to date, but I think ZoomInfo does a better job than most databases of keeping their data current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deduping of leads, appending company and contact info on leads/contacts in our CRM, general prospecting of new leads,

It makes it so easy to prospect and find a good contact within a company. Love that it integrates with hubspot!

A lot of times it stops working or takes forever to load. It really slows me down during call blocks.

It helps find good contact information within a company and helps me get ahold of the people I need to speak with.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it gave a well rounded overview of the company (what they do, where they are located, their industry), contact info (who the executive are) and employee numbers!

I dislike that sometimes the contact information they had was inaccurate or not updated. Sometimes they also lacked the correct number of employees or basic information like that

We are solving the problem of understanding the type of company it is, and the people that we should be contacting in regards to the sale conversation we want to have.

i would 100% use zoominfo when you are searching for leads and making your contact lists

What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of companies accompanied by the depth of employee contact info.

What do you dislike about the product?
Typing a company or employee and then hitting enter does NOT automatically go to that record, one must wait for that contact to load. Other applications do not force the loading before returning the request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to have it as a shortcut on my Google Chrome to quick pull from any page, especially Salesforce
- Easy to bulk upload contact #'s for an account through the salesforce integration

- Sometimes, you can run into accounts that the estimated revenue is way off, in addition to there not being as frequent of updates to contacts

What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly is the app. It doesn't matter if you have experience or not; that's one of the upsides of Zoominfo. You'll be able to understand and use it as if you have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit limit (but I think is the plan we own), if by any chance you can upgrade it and have more credits, it will be even better. Also, I hate that if you stop using it for a while, it will log you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, I've been able to get more accurate information for the people we need to contact via email or calls. It's something that you'd never imagined to get in a single software.
