ZoomInfo Makes My Job So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I have to do a lot of prospecting for my job, and ZoomInfo always comes through helping me find the right points of contact. It's intuitive and easy to use and helps me a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I can't find the right points of contact, or some companies don't have the best quality contacts listed. However, most of the time, these are tiny companies so it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo makes the process of finding who I need to talk to simple and easy— I know the typical titles I need to talk to and I can easily sort through contacts to find the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent data for narrowing my searches and focusing on people who are likely to be interested in my product. Also, I can download my contacts and filter the most important/relevant data I need per contact. I also love the chrome extension; I can get info directly from LinkedIn using the ZoomInfo tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel like can be improved upon is company and contact data to be updated. I have run into a few accounts/contacts that haven't been in that company or that company was acquired several years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting specific data so that I can ensure I am reaching out to the right companies and contacts. I am all about efficiency and having a tool like zoom info helps save a lot of time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice Zoominfo is the best database for market knowledge, prospecting, industry trends, and data insights.

Zoominfo is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and finds all the information a professional salesperson needs to succeed at their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there hasn't been one aspect of Zoominfo that I don't like.

Zoominfo provides all the contact information needed for me to make connections with decision-makers at prospective clients. The benefits also include detailed information about the companies I am contacting.

What do you like best about the product?
Logging into Zoominfo, I know I will get a well-rounded overview of a company, its contacts, and other related news. The scoops tab is my favorite tab, it's an easy way to keep up with articles, job changes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the titles aren't as accurate as something I would find on a LinkedIn page. Need more accurate titles, contacts, updates. Not much to improve on, just more information for contacts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me stay up to date on my accounts. I am able to use the information I find in meetings with prospects. The ease of searching for companies and prospects cuts my search time in half! Making my day more efficient.

Use ZoomInfo! You won't regret it. It has everything you need and more with scoops, organization hierarchy, top contacts, etc.

Their website is never down. It's always working and is quick when you need it.

Sometimes there are contacts on there that no longer work at the listed company so just a more updated version would be nice as people come and go from companies a lot.

I use it to find general company info (location, phone #, size, structure, layout etc).

ZoomInfo - An essential tool for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of the database - I'm a big fan of ABM & personalized marketing. This can only be achieved if you know your audience. Zoominfo is a key resource to identifying and understanding my targets
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more explicit regarding site locations - mfg, vs retail store, etc.

Zoom is not as up-to-date as LinkedIn. Sometimes I find a prospect on LinkedIn then search in Zoom for email addresses.

As a Sales Person, This is a fantastic tool.

I always recommend Zoom info to fellow Sales Professionals. I do believe there are other features and tools inside of Zoom that I have yet to learnand use.
An Absolute Must For Business Development Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
If you work in business development, you know how important it is to speak to the right person and to have accurate contact information. Zoom offers the best tool on the market for accomplishing this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides when it comes to using Zoom Info. Sometimes the information gets confused, and data for a "Memorial Hospital" in Arkansas can get mixed up with data for a "Memorial Hospital" in Alabama but other than than I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Info to get the information I need to contact people who can help me get to the decision-makers who will buy the MDsave product. The contact information provided by Zoom Info is invaluable.
Great usage for prospecting! Many different tools!

It is a great tool where you can gather different prospects from different companies, across the board. They also have different tools where you can see what potential prospects you can target.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit outdated from time to time, which you have to rely on other tools. Sometimes the names or the titles are not necessarily accurate, but a good 85% of the tools is really handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to find contacts and getting their phone numbers and emails is amazing because I can simply export that over to SalesForce and I would be good to go instead of manually importing

Really neat tool to prospect and it goes a long way from doing a lot of manual things.
