My Go To For Customer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about Zoom Info Engage is that I can see who is engaging the most with my email campaigns. Engage helps me focus on those individuals first and on time. The analytics tool is very helpful in determining the best times to reach out to my prospects. Timing is everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I have about Engage is that the VOIP dialer is more dynamic. In Engage you have to pick a random number for the VOIP auto-dialer, and I love the auto-dialer. Still, it needs to be dynamic in a way that matches the area code you are dialing so that there is a more probability of a prospect picking up the phone if they see the same area code calling them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that my company is solving is what we like about the system and that we are focused on the people who are more engaged with our correspondents
Great resource, when the plugin works
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to utilize the plug-in on multiple programs like CRMs, LinkedIn, and more to locate additional contact information. You can also create creative searches on the website to drill down your prospects to the most relevant ones to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plug-in is a blessing and a curse. When working, it's fantastic. But it only works 75% of the time 100% of the time. You have to reload pages for it to sync way too often correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am locating contact information for prospects efficiently and creating unique searches to target specific candidates. I love that Scoops will email to notify me of any company and contact updates for those I'm actively targeting.
Zoominfo is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to search for leads. It is extremely easy to use and makes my job so much easier! The advanced search is fantastic to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet. I like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredibly easy to find the leads I need to do my job. The advanced search makes the time it takes to find someone super fast.
Fantastic prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Email and phone numbers are accurate, data enrichment tool is great, and research capabilities are brilliant. Overall great lead generation tool that has multiple features
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the organizational mapping isn't as accurate as I'd like. I often have to double-check LinkedIn for info, and some leads are occasionally not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool to build outbound lead lists. Additional features like websites allows me to perform targetted outreach and personalize my messages, which has helped me book several meetings quicker than I would have otherwise done.
Great tool for sales intel & prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is extremely helpful in determining which prospects are a good fit for your products. I love the intent and scoop features. Definitely a game changer!

No downsides. I really enjoy using ZoomInfo

I can use ZoomInfo to determine which of my prospects are good fits using scoops and intent. I've been able to drill down into key stakeholders and build out org structures easily.

I like the ability to get accurate info on the overall business.

Sometimes data is not valid or incorrect for some accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account contact info, company size, key stakeholders, and personal contact information as well.
Zoominfo = industry leads
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the intent feature which allows you to look at organizations exhibiting buying behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers being inaccurate are probably the biggest headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking for new organizations interested in the product that I am selling. The benefit is working across multiple organizations by searching for items that are important to me.
Helpful but needs more info
What do you like best about the product?
ability to look up any organization with the google chrome extension on their website, LinkedIn or in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not complete in the company profile when it is located on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a bigger TAM inclusive of smaller businesses we would have otherwise missed.
Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info really helps streamline the prospecting process with immediate customer support whenever needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to select contacts per page rather than a select-all feature for multiple pages at once which is very time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving revenue quotas by identifying key resources efficiently and generating custom filtered prospecting lists; Major benefit is the ability to increase my outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend ZoomInfo
Tricky software, but great education

I like being able to utilize the diagnostic information to better focus my searches.

It requires quite a bit of education to optimize its use. However, most of the features feel fairly intuitive.

We are reaching further than we ever could before in regards to collecting contact infomation.
