One of the Best Tools Out There

What do you like best about the product?
One feature I like is the ability to see manager-level contacts, not just the C-suite executives. With the right kind of filter setting, there are contacts throughout the company that can help me get in front of the decision-maker. The inclusion of manager-level connections and staff is the best feature, second only to the pure depth of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is straightforward, almost too much so. After logging into ZoomInfo, my landing page was nearly blank. Having missed the initial training, I was able to figure it out since the interface is intuitive. The addition of some onscreen tips would round out the initial opaque landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently switched careers which magnifies the learning curve. Part of that learning curve is finding the decision-maker. The length of time it takes to prospecting has been reduced by 60%, allowing me to focus more time on revenue-generating activities.

Intent and listMatch features are quite helpful.

After using it for a few days have not seen any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are trying to solve with ZoomInfo are associated with the challenging task of building an accurate database.

What do you like best about the product?
There was not much upside. See my review below.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were sent a renewal contract. I told the person who sent me the renewal contract at that time we would not be renewing. They told me in fact I had already auto renewed and had missed my 60 day deadline. This was definitely around 45 to 50 days before the contract was up. But I was never told about a renewal date or that I needed to meet this date. Here in Colorado we are protected from these type of things. When I tried to tell the rep that he said I was not protected and I had to renew I had no choice and if I wanted he would give me a discount for my services if I didn't complain. This is classic extortion. I would expect so much better from a company in the year 2021. I can't imagine a company is more interested in auto renewals and fighting the fact then having happy customers who would like to renew because their product was so amazing. Furthermore the customer service rep I talk to was threatening I thought this was because I was a woman, and maybe it was. But so many of the reviews spark a very similar thread here. I'm not sure how this is legal or ethical and how her company could even still be in business is at practice this type of business. Help!

What do you like best about the product?
That I'm able to filter a report by specific pieces of technology and a company's revenue size.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to upload SFDC lists

Finding ICP contacts and companies in the SMB sector

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quality data, excellent customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to utilize bulk credits, it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new prospects. Finding other contacts in existing companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I still haven't received the support I need to scrub my existing data against the list I have prepared. It's been over 5 days that I have been asking for guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The total lack of support and the disconnect between their sales agents when I was signing up. I've spent over $10,000 and have been asking for support and received nothing but promises of a call back, contact numbers, and unreturned emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More marketing contacts, if and when Zoominfo gets around to help me.

What do you like best about the product?
I am truly impressed with the techonoloy. I have been in sales my whole career and this is a GAME CHANGER
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot to learn, but that isn't a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get past the gatekeeper for once!

Doesn't export cell phone numbers to SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
Search is straightforward and easy. Data seems to be up to date as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't seem to figure out the connection to Outreach. It doesn't work as good as I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and email campaigns have become easier when I can search for titles that are relevant on ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo pulls fairly up-to-date contact information. It has played a key role in being able to reach out to some important people in my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, ZoomInfo reports an individual as no longer at the company when they were actually just promoted or changed positions at said company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo intent is just another way for me to gauge what a company might be interested in and develop strategic outreach to specific contacts.
