What do you like best about the product?
There are so many contacts on Zoom that you cant find anywhere else. IT makes it very easy to find the peop;le you are looking for, and will even auto generate some contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes the information is a bit out of date, but you are able to submit a request for an update and the team at ZI will update the information.
Sometimes it is difficult to get a solid grip on the technoilogies used as the sorting can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch with contacts we never could find before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DItch whatever current prospecting tool you're using and get on Zoom Info.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is simple to use and gives great ability to find the leads you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even when setting the accuracy above 93% there are still many invalid emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do fast lead generation in bulk by industry and job title.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use that ZoomInfo Sales provides, making it straightforward to manage my tasks efficiently. Its seamless integration with Bullhorn makes it incredibly valuable as it allows me to directly import data into my ATS without any hassle. The ability to obtain real-time information on funding, hiring, and new press releases all in one place significantly enhances my prospecting and information-gathering process. The initial setup was also very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition. Overall, these features collectively offer a robust and efficient tool for managing my sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they could do a better job of capturing the entire organization and org charts. They sometimes have maybe 1/3 to 1/5 of the people at the company in ZoomInfo Sales. They should be adding more than that, and an org chart of the company would help me target the hiring managers for certain roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to streamline prospecting with real-time updates and integrate data seamlessly with Bullhorn, improving ease of use.

Some of the information isn't updated and their role titles are incorrect

Contact details and finding out funding. It is really easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Working in Sales - The ability to find direct lines and mobiles are invaluable, especially in times like this when the majority of employees are working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag between new hires / when people move businesses - and having that info in ZoomInfo. Often I find myself finding the appropriate prospect on Linkedin or on their direct website, and ZoomInfo lags behind in having those details to hand. As a result, I am manually inputting information (emails etc.) and do not have access to mobiles / direct lines which is a huge hindrance as people aren't in the office due to Covid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct / mobile numbers + Email addresses. Having that in a few clicks is useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's biggest strength is its integration. I like that I can quickly build lists, find information, and review org charts in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo could improve its user interface. I find it to be clunky to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes it easy to find contact information and easily get to prospects

So much wider then capterra like tools, sometimes pulls to many companies that may not be relevant

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info as far as I can tell gives the most accurate numbers and emails. I love the export in feature via salesnavigator. Monthly search terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its search function in the tool can be better finding contacts. Technology stacks the UI is average. The employee counts plus industry alignments need to be more closer to sales navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct numbers, accurate emails, crm upload of data, marketing and outbound business development.

Direct Accessibility to C-Suite Executives

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that I can log into ZoomInfo at any time and more often than not gain direct telephone numbers and/or email addresses to the C-Suite of leading and cutting edge companies has been tremendously helpful to my business development efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions where the information isn't accurate, which when that occurs limits how much I feel I can personally get out of the platform based on what I tend to use it for most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to improve my hit rate with respect to reaching C-Suite and other top senior executives with slightly more regularity. A percentage of those individuals I've reached have also turned into potential client relationships too!

What do you like best about the product?
The different product offerings, information, and integrations make ZI a great tool for any go-to-market function. It is more a platform than a point solution. Enrichment, prospecting, planning, etc. can all be done using a single tool to source the required data.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZI doesn't come in cheap - additionally, those with strict privacy controls will have difficulty working with their terms and conditions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has the best product on the market for our prospecting needs. (B2B IT sales) Our cold prospecting and outbound motions are built to work with ZI specifically. We're able to uncover personas that we haven't engaged with and are able to reach out to folks using traditional outbound channels (email and phone).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
standardize your data to the smallest number of vendors possible - we had legacy solutions in place which made it difficult for the initial rollout
