Booking appointments with c-level executives. My company has booked appointments with some of the largest companies in the world. (CVS, Godiva, Hello Bello)

What do you like best about the product?
The best sales tools are the ones you don't have to think twice about using. Zoominfo's chrome plugin allows me to find direct/mobile phone numbers without any friction easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When generating emails for a prospect occassionally the email generator will come up with an email that is a little wacky. Just be on the look out for prospects with names that are abbreviated or include a middle name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is in a front-line sales position, quite simply, I'm using Zoominfo to generate top of pipeline.

Intent data, usability, the overall interface is very user-friendly. The customer service is fantastic

Like anything, it comes with quite a learning curve, but worth it once features and functions are set up and deployed.

ZoomInfo, Intent, WebSites, Engage. Intent takes prospecting. Incredible overall to have org charts and contact data so easily accessible

Great enrichment service to help keep technographic and firmographic data up to date

Limited coverage outside of the US, trouble finding good contact data

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding accurate business email addresses and exporting them with accuracy and confidence. Previously our team had been using Lusha and RocketReach, where you pay a credit per prospect but know there's a high chance of the info being inaccurate. The customer service from support was fantastic - technical issues answered within 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a fairly niche business, it is a challenge that the industry field isn't exact or fully configurated. For example, "Finance" will group a wide range of companies but when prospecting it's important to be able to split into more specific verticals, for example, "Private Equity", "Venture Capital", "Hedge Fund" or "Asset Managers" etc. Whilst holistically they are similar, for me the differences are significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and accuracy when prospecting. Instead of spending large chunks of my day trying to prospect 50 individuals, I'm able to work smarter, not harder, and more accurately contact 150.
Very accurate, all encompassing sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, I have a one-stop shop where I can get nearly real-time information about all types of companies. ZoomInfo has information on multiple hierarchy levels of employees with accurate contact information, including cell phones in some cases. I have not once had an email address ZoomInfo suggested come back undeliverable. I also like ZoomInfo shows various locations of companies, and drilling down using filters is very easy. Additionally, revenue, news and up-to-date happenings are also in ZoomInfo. The best feature is ZoomInfo exports information into our CRM (HubSpot).
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the info is not up to date and some phone numbers are the company's main number, not a direct line to the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved incredible amounts of time researching prospective companies and building out a target list. I have everything I need in one place.
My 1st Place to look for business leads is ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
I love the great new potential prospect information ZoomInfo gives me using the Intent feature. Using keywords and setting location parameters I see everybody that's in the market for my products! The amazing tool even helps out when I need additional contacts for the clients I am already doing business with. The advanced search using the company name is excellent. I am amazed at the level of detail this App gives and the accuracy scores really high. Pulling the recommended contacts into an excel sheet after doing an Intent search allows me to pull a list of leads instantly! You will never be stuck with ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
This App is almost perfect. The only thing I would change is to add a back button to the toolbar to go back to the previously viewed screen. I can't think of anything else.

I can easily look up a company to find who the C-Level contacts are. This is very helpful in getting to the decision makers.
Huge value in intent signal and accurate contact info for qualified leads

Intent signal is amazing because it brings list of prospects that are looking for what I provide. Result is shorter sales cycle.

Intent signal refreshes weekly instead of daily

Finding warm leads and getting accurate contact info so no time is wasted on leads that are not qualified.
