Essential for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Covers bases of everything I want to know about a prospect before I reach out.

Not always up to date with the latest info

A quicker way to get accurate information about prospects: enables me to create lists of prospects using our ICP.
Up-to-Date & Accurate Data
What do you like best about the product?
We use discover.org/zoom info for account-based marketing. It is a wonderful tool for understanding who does what in an organization - so you can reach out to the right people / team - and not waste a lot of time cold calling the wrong folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to save a search without having it auto-run. I'd like to save it for the next time I'm logged in and need to run a report, but I don't necessarily want it to run each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to create cold call / cold email lists of potential prospects. We find that ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg has the lowest bounce rates and gives us the highest chance of getting through to a real person.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is fine in that it has a lot of data. I like the feature that allows you to pull recently added contacts and contacts that have changed jobs in the past year, but the latter needs a little work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for contact info in industries like tech where people change jobs a lot, it's not the best. The intent data/tech stack data is often incorrect as well. I take zoominfo data with a grain of salt, and try to supplement it with stuff I find on linkedin. Overall, I find it better for SMB outreach as opposed to enterprise or account-based outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issues of finding contact info. I've realized the benefits of being able to pull a specific buyer persona en masse.
Best Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo has helped me get to the right contacts at the right companies. This saves A LOT of time researching and cold calling to just get to the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now that I don't like.

Benefits of getting to more of the right contacts each week via email and phone calls and social media than I ever could have imagined before.

ZoomInfo bundles complete, timely insights for campaign intelligence. The breadth of data about companies and contacts leaves you wondering 'how did they get this?!?'. Strong methodology and research teams! Some of the features we use regularly"

What do you dislike about the product?
The 'service after the sale' is great - ongoing supports. But we grow tired of the 'sales after the sale' - the DocuSign from our original agreement had barely arrived in our inbox when other sales teams at ZoomInfo began contacting us about their products and services. Maybe focus more on helping new clients get to their ROI on ZoomInfo before upselling.

Lead and Market Intelligence: we seek contact info about companies that match our target market characteristics.
Great tool to find right person in western companies....but
What do you like best about the product?
Very beneficial to get connected to the right person in western companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited beneft to get connected to traditional Japanese companies which employee or management don't have a business culture to connect online or SNS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could connect right person in a large organization as a sale guy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoominfo to those who are sale people who want to sell to western companies. However, you see a challenge if you are selling to Asian customers.
Zoominfo - A necessity for outbound Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo seems to have the best amount of data compared to the other enrichment tools we have tried.
Exporting to SFDC and the account/contact matching also seems to be smoother than other tools.

The credit limit in Zoominfo is the main blocker with Zoominfo.

Comprehensive and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the most comprehensive and accessible database for B2B marketing I have ever used. I am especially fond of it's Enhance feature, which lets me fill in missing information in my contact lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing I dislike is that I am unable to download even more contacts. It limits you to 1000 a month on my plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am only now, after their training course, beginning to use ZoomInfo for web forms. It's very handy.

Relatively accurate info for C level contacts at broad range of companies

Intent data is not worth the cost. Too dated, not very accurate, really disappointed in it

It gives me insights into the companies I'm targeting and good contact info. to get ahold of the prospects.

There's a limit on the credits that we need to export contacts.
