Great research tool

What do you like best about the product?
After a few times using the tool, it gets easier and we can have the ICP saved for future searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile and direct numbers are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to prospect under the right industry, which has made my research a lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of free courses that you can improve the use of ZoomInfo and also can get better in sales.

Great sales tool that helps you keep on top of your workload

What do you like best about the product?
The rate at which you can send out emails all simultaneously to multiple contacts at one given time using sales flows. At the same time, you can also track various metrics that help you address what is working and why a template may not be working. In conjunction with this, ZoomInfo university always helps me know where I can improve or even what I am doing right at this moment in time, which makes the whole process even more manageable after you know the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to understand the capabilities you have using this tool entirely. In conjunction with this, theres ceratin pages where I wish I could see more metrics reagrding email engagement such as on analytics instaed of templates, as a whole it's not that big of a probelm though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the distribution of emails I can send to a wide array of users in all different sectors at one time, which ZoomInfo ties very nicely into. The ability to efficiently break down who I am emailing and who needs to be contacted next; alternatively, you can get ahead of time and let ZoomInfo Engage do it for you if you have a detailed enough plan of action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The training is a beneficial element that helped me get to grips with the system instaed of working it out yourself, saving myself time. I would also ensure that you and your team all work togther as whoel so you all know wheere yiu are at with contacting organisations as someyimes you may have differnet contacts for the same company.

I would defintelly utilise ZoomInfo University as it has a great breakdown of how to use the system to it's potential whilst also knowing the basics of email and calling prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice having a go-to place for finding prospects, and I like that you can export into a variety of places, including a CRM or Zoominfo Engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is SO MUCH that is going on with this software, and it is just a lot sometimes. It can be hard to narrow down searches to a manageable size. We are also a bioscience company, and the software definitely seems aimed more at software companies, so I don't feel like we can fully utilize some of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get contact information quickly, which is nice. I don't have to root around on a University website looking for emails of people, which are stored in different places for each university. I have a one-stop shop for contact information when prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo offers company info, contacts, org charts, and a bunch of detailed information very fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout can get a little confusing. multiple phone numbers for a contact can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find information very fast. the chrome extension makes things easy while on sites and LinkedIn
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The amount of information and the quality of the information given to you is worth the price. The integrations and ROI make it worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Most contacts have emails/direct lines/cells and HQ numbers. Usually always correct info as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Titles of contacts differ from LinkedIn and ZoomInfo sometimes and ZoomInfo titles are old/incorrect.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides the contact details of relevant people in the organization, and it also provides details like possible technologies implemented with the organization, the org structure, business background, and more. Above all, the data is intent-based, making it a lot more relevant than buying expensive lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most data-based out of the United States and doesn't seem to have much data from other parts of the world, especially Asia. The data also can be old, where people might have the contact information but not the exact title anymore. It is essential to cross-check data extracted from ZoomInfo before initiating reach-out campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us find relevant people within our target persona for sales and marketing outreach campaigns. It is a powerful tool if used correctly combined with other automation tools like Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is the extensive search feature that has a sufficient amount of filters to focus on the intended audience. In addition, they have a huge database of contacts and companies along with their phone numbers which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, they are continuously improving their website and polishing the UI experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo, I am able to gain a lot of emails and phone numbers of people who could be interested in our product and services. In short, information from ZoomInfo helps out the sales and marketing team immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo is how it's given me and my team access to decision-makers in ways we've never been able to before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the training provided on ZoomInfo University and the live trainings. I feel I was missing much of the how-to basics of the system until I went in and started using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped my team solve our contact info issue. Before we spent hours weeding out our own information that often left us only with general inbox contacts. Now with the Engage tool, everything we have is direct contact info and automated into salesflows.
