Great prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how accurate the data is. The layout is easy to navigate. It gives you a more comprehensive view of a company and the contacts in one easy place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new outbound initiatves. Being able to use real data from WebSites and other trending searches.
ZoomInfo puts the org information that helps me to be successful at my fingertips

The contact's phone number and email being able to be copy and pasted

That zoominfo cant be automatically be uploaded into my Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved: I'm now able to connect via email and phone with contacts I've never seen available - Easy accessability is the key benefit!

You need to reach all the customers in your account and this tool is the key tp doing that!

Sometimes there are lags when it comes to pulling the information.

I like getting access to data about my customer that I wouldn't be able to find otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not up to date. I often find a contact listed as an employee of a company, but they actually left the company years ago.

Getting access to the stakeholder within my accounts.
Very useful but not perfect. Without doubt an added benefit.

Very easy to use. Quick place to go for contacts.

Doesn't always have the contact information I am looking for.

Not having adequate contact info. In some cases it is a life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find a contact's information at the click of a button. East copy and paste, LinkedIn links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how buggy the extension can be, as well as the confusion around the ZoomInfo merger. Sometimes when you click the extension about a company, it will show, "25-50 employees" but then when you actually go to their company page they could have less than 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having to find customers and prospect's direct lines. The largest benefit is finding cell phone numbers as well.

I like the complete information, and the google chrome extension is super helpful. I could see how any company gets a huge benefit out of this application.

Sometimes they log you out, and it isn't very pleasant

I am able to get more information on companies and employees to fill in gaps in our org. I have realized that getting phone numbers is vitally important to business development.

Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is my favorite past, but the web-based approach of Zooninfo is very intuitive and configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to find information such as divisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better understanding of our new prospects, deeper contacts with existing clients, and enrichment of our CRM/contact data. The integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big win!
Phonomenal tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know how I was living in the sales world without utilizing Zoominfo. Zoominfo is a great tool for sales not only inSAAS industry but also in all types of industry. making sales without Zoomino is a disaster. Zoominfo saves a lot of money and is able to bring a lot of new logos for each company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is sometimes (rarely happens) information about employees is not updated. For example, an employee has left the company but is still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the most accurate prospects who fit your company in a very short time, without needing to invest a lot of time o LinkedIn, the company's website, or asking the gatekeeper to find the contact person you need.

Sometimes it doesn't have the correct numbers or emails.

It help us get the right data when prospecting and it makes it easier when using filters

Try to always look for good reviews and tutorials on how to save your filters. You can save a lot of time.
