What do you like best about the product?
Great Tool for Sales Reps Trying to Reach More Prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
The data was extensive. However, some pieces were outdated. It was also tricky to get the right data from the vendor, and it took a lot of going back and forth with them and their data engineers and team to make sure we got what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting the prospects's right information, like mobile numbers and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient and use filters; it will make your research a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows me to easily find the perfect contacts that I need to reach out to when I'm prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not have a dark mode available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with good contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many things you can do with this awesome tool, watch some videos about it and everything you can do with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's how deep it can get when looking for details about a company or a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the credits for exporting leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to quickly filter leads by companies, titles, and type of contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a lot you can take advantage of from this platform. Take some minutes to explore it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of finding contacts with accurate data that I can flow into our Salesforce.com system and save said data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many dislikes with this software but occasionally the data I'm looking for simply doesn't exist or is a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create large lists of industry contacts that we use when marketing our businesses. Nowhere else have we been able to get as much info and consolidate it as we can with ZoomInfo.

How easy it is to use. Once you get ahold of the features is easy to take advantage of the platform.

Sometimes it freezes and takes too long to load.

Getting better contact info of decision-maker, which makes more probability to close deals

I discover more value in ZoomInfo's layers of data and intelligence each time I set out to learn more about the tool and how to enable further adoption by our sales team.

Previously contact will be available in the company summary sheet but now it's not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its ease of adoption for any role in the sales sphere

The way we can filter is to look for companies and prospects that we have to reach out to.

The fact that some prospects don't have direct or mobile numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, I can find prospects´ information most effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data are not up to date; when I try looking for recent contact phone numbers, sometimes the information has not been updated or when a prospects changes company, it takes a while for the data to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find prospects´ direct phone numbers and emails when they are unavailable in Apollo, and I can also find leads that fit my company´s ICP.
