The ability to find all necessary contacts and download them into a database.

Finding all the necessary contacts and download them into a database.
It is a great source to get the precise info of the leads.

At times details are too old . that a person has moved from manager to Vp level but he is still reflects as manager on zoominfo . Rest is good.

ease of use ... very easy to understand .. correctness of info is solid and sync to Linkedin profile helps a ton

Scoops doesnt work as well as I might like, but it could be user errorBuil

Building prospecting and contact lists ... would take longer in other tools

When I want to reach out to a prospect, Zoominfo gives me the correct contact info.

It searches the right contact using its own filters and also with LinkedIn and company website, the database is updated and easy to export

This should also export supplementary email addresses and phone numbers are limited available

This makes the Lead Generation process very easy with just exporting the contacts connected to any CRM like Hubspot, salesforce with all information by just a clink

What do you like best about the product?
The Best part of Zoominfo is it helps you look into Competitors, What technology they are using, Business Intelligence, Scoops , Changes being made in company. and more which helps you personalize your conversation and improve the way you are reaching out to prospects especially the C- Suite

The data is quite old regarding some companies, and certain companies are not available on the platform. But I believe there must be some work going on to make that happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in creating list of prospects for bulk emails which my experience says saves Tons of time for SDR team. Get to know what technologies the company are using are they using today which is quite on target. Helps me understand the It budhetbefore targeting a company. By organization chart it helps me target the right folks rather than just reaching out entry level employees.

If CarpeDiem is the word you want to with Selling your Product or Services then Zoominfo is the way to go about it !

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone scaling up a sales team with outbound lead generation will benefit from contact database tools,given the data provided aligns with their ideal customer persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product downtime- multiple system outages that lasted weeks. Often times we would go a full week without hearing from our Account Manager or the support team when going through these.
Immoral account management and renewal practices-The team re-wrote contract terms by removing the terms from our contract, placing them on online terms and conditions, and not notifying us of the revisions.

Easy to find the information I'm looking for

mobile numbers do not export. help section doesn't give details on some of the symbols to know exactly what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find businesses to provide financial services to. I've had much better success getting correct numbers for my target markets than using other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've found it helpful to include location when searching for specific people. Helps my lists be more targeted. You'll still have some that sneak through because of the company offices, but most will be from the area.
ZoomInfo is not the overpriced tool with poor outcomes

needed to pay extra taxes because their juridical body is based in Delaware, so I've paid an extra 1.5k for 6 months

Searching for relevant clients feature is not that correct and there's a lot of data which is invalid
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at the competitors. the data is not valid always, updates are not done until you do the changes manually
