What do you like best about the product?
Integrates very well with my CRM and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of the contact information is not always there, I get a lot of wrong numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find a lot of contact information for my prospects and easily exports it to my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info has provided insights into companies that we want to partner with- and the information that is reflected seems to be accurate. This significantly eliminates the need to google and spend hours upon hours of searching- it's all right there at your finger tips!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more difficult to get information on very niche industries, but definitely something that is expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom info to research organizations that we may potentially partner with- size, revenue, number of employees, etc is information that is critical to know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend if you have a lot of contacts and people you want to have information on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a User-friendly and multifaceted platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say that there is much that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the sales and contextual intelligence that's gained by using the platform is solving a BizDev problem. It's really been a big help.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is extremely easy to use and implement. There are also a number of integrations to get as much value as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information given can be outdated or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped us gather more insights on our potential customers to better tailor our messaging and understand who we are talking to when going into first meetings or cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to have in addition to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Not the best as a standalone product.

What do you like best about the product?
The consistency that zoom will have at least one contact that I am looking for in a specific sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the information is accurate. Some info is outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to find companies in my target market and contacts at that company to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very user friendly and allows me to excel my job far better than I was able to prior to ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that I can always learn more about. The integration and extensions are top notch. The scoops are a welcome addition when I want to update my talk tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the information can be slightly outdated(prospects that have moved on, mis-matched prospect profiles w/LinkedIn)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be more targeted than ever in my prospecting

it's ease of use in Linkedin. The SFDC integration is actionable as well

it is too often outdated and incomplete data. It is also pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out accounts with the right people and appending data.

I like it. I can't think of anything to dislike Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoominfo because it is so versatile.

You can use it simplistically and you can do a deep dive to really understand the power of this tool that has.

It can be your hammer or you swiss army knife. Just depends on your need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of much at the moment. But I will definitely provide this feedback when I have it as I love Zoominfo as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to reach out to, where they are located, what their responsibilities are, why they would be interested. All the things I need for qualifying leads!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go through the training and really understand what the platform has to offer. It is powerful.
