Essential Outreach Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great at finding hard-to-reach contacts at a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to filter people more specifically by location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it much easier to find contacts and potential customers.
Excellent Platform for Target Lists and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Search capability, database is incredible, support is always on point, and the system is a game-changer for finding hard-to-reach contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit hard to get used to at first, and sometimes too many options to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get information for contact and company info right away. It's great for targeting our lists and sourcing new clients.
Amazing experience, really valuable information
What do you like best about the product?
The database is very comprehensive, we get most of the information we want to see in ZI! And the integration with CRM makes it a one-click effort to move all the contacts into our CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of number of contacts that appear on a page. If we have to export, we have to select them 25 at a time (that appear on a page), then move to another page, select another 25, etc. before exporting all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new contacts our Sales team can do outbound efforts on. ZoomInfo has really helped us immensely with finding the right people we want to target for our product. We didn't have much outbound 6 months ago, but our outbound has become really strong now with help of ZoomInfo!

Great value for money! Has a really big and fairly accurate database of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to locate contact info for c-level personell easily .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with Zoominfo is that in some of our targeted campaigns at an SDR level, we haven't gotten a lot of information. It works better in certain markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to land some of our biggest deals by leveraging zoom info and skipping past gatekeepers.
GREAT DATA SOURCE WITH ANCILLARY PRODUCTS TO HELP YOU SELL
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly navigate through the org chart and tech & attributes easily . insights and intelligence feed is great too. Using intent data in my email sequences and targeting my ICP
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike here except for maybe updated contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding the right contacts with the proper tech stack for me to target—a huge time saver.

Great outbounding tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about ZoomInfo is how easy it is to use. It is simple for me to find broad or specific targets for my company to reach out to. It is easy for me to export them and put them into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the platform. It is constantly growing and adding features. The mobile app is great too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org was new to the entire outbounding process, and ZoomInfo gave us actionable insights to use when mailing targets. The platform made our job much easier to engage the right person with the right conversation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out - the ability to test drive the platform was what I needed to be convinced and to be able to convince my managers. Use the training videos that are provided -they get you up and running fast.

Supposedly its the best platform for list building
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is not good at all. Not even the ZoomInfo staff know how to use their platform. It took forever for them to show me how to use a suppression list... was not successful
