A must for anyone doing outbound

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes anyone's life in outbound sales so much easier. I don't know how anyone could do outbound without ZoomInfo. The platform is super easy to use and understand. If there is something you don't understand, they provide many videos and webinars to make using zoom so much easier.

You can target anyone you need too, whether it's someone in IT, engineering, you name it, and zoom will find it! The cell phone #'s are 98% accurate with a few times where it was the wrong number, which is a must if you are cold calling.

I love how I can find my ICP and save that search to make finding the right lead/prospect much easier. The intent data is fantastic; you can find anyone looking for your type of software/product, and it makes outbound feel less cold and makes it warmer.

If you need a good tool for finding leads and doing it efficiently, ZoomInfo is the way to go. Invest the money because if the right people are using it, you will get it back 10x. I don't think my team or I would know what to do without our ZoomInfo accounts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lead, numbers, or emails are outdated, but it is expected as ZoomInfo cant update with 100% every single day because they pull SO much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasting time looking for phone numbers and emails. I spend so much less time getting in contact with right person
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I say it's a must if you are doing cold outreach. It will save your reps so much time wasted on going through gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part I like about using ZoomInfo is you get verified and the actual point of contact lead data. 100% accuracy is an upside of ZoomInfo. My team and I love to have such a great platform. Data Analytics and alerts are good additional features. It has set up excellent exception remark in our overall business.
Any issues or queries are answered and resolved in 24 hours. The customer service team has been accommodating for any problems or concerns raised. I would surely recommend the sales team looking for the right point of contact to use ZoomInfo for the best results.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, none. ZoomInfo is quite a friendly tool. Earlier, there was a challenge to get data about personal lead numbers, but eventually, we learned it was already there, and we need to add it to our viewing list. The problem was resolve in no time. There are quite a good number of features that are yet to explore and details to discuss. Sooner we would be able to see something remarkable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reach the point of contacts and check out prospects, and to get the latest updates on opportunities was a challenge for us. ZoomInfo has made it so easy that with one click, we get details in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% accuracy on data management and market research is vital for ZoomInfo as a working business partner. Great platform to use enough data. Any thoughts that you believe should be there in an application like ZoomInfo, pick up the phone and share your suggestions. They take it seriously and ensure they deliver it with the best results. Overall I advise that you must go for it. If you want to go to the next level of growth and meet actual people, this is the platform.

An integrated tool to find prospective & existing clients as well as leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with chrome & GSuite i.e. GMail, Salesforce. I also love that we are able to export contacts of interest and create leads in Salesforce. Having industry insights is invaluable when building up the funnel. You go to the site you want to check on, click a button, and the interface pops out (but not enough to block your screen). Also useful to be able to find out the annual revenue so I can target businesses that areon the higher end. The revenue part is reliable and hits 100% of the time. The ability to build out lists by industry is also a big selling point. As long as the contacts actually hit in the extension this is a huge timesaver for anyone in the BDR or AE role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is outdated or inaccurate, the UI can also be less complicated. Although it is available to be integrated into Salesforce, unfortunately, everyone doesn't have the access to the SFDC integration, making it more available would be great. Wish it was easier to build reports, it takes some practice to do that.How often the contacts I need are missing from the provided list. Not sure if the companies I'm targeting are too small (typically small medical practices, both human and animal). Usually I'll find only one or two contacts and neither of them will be the ones I want to talk to. The frustrating thing is some of these companies have the contact info listed right on the site but it still doesn't come up in the Zoominfo profile. The whole point for me is to save time by not having to comb through the site to get this info myself. How can the info be on the site but doesn't show up in their profile?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information for existing & prospective clients. Through ZoomInfo, I am able to pull up the most updated and dynamic information with the right location, company, company size, email, phone number etc. It has been a blessing in this post pandemic world!!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is a simple as you need it to be - I am a power user, and so is most of my team. From the simplest tasks to the most most chalmost complicated search. Zoominfo will get you the info you need to build your "list" to go close some business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the tool is great - but there is a lot of features, and I think I don't maximize them all

Finding the right person to connect with at an organization or even better understand their org chart and their business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives me The ability to link my salesforce to it and upload contacts to start prospecting right away. It is easy to get lists of people and understand the hierarchy of organizations quickly to understand who is the best person to reach out at said organization. It is easy to show how big organizations are and see what technologies are being used. Gaining access to cell phone numbers is another key to my success when using the tool, with people not being in the office anymore, the cell phone is a main key driver for my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one main thing is finding out someone doesn't work at the company anymore when they are on the zoominfo webpage. I have made a few calls into organizations, and the people haven't worked there in some time. Sometimes I get confused when trying to find companies as well. We had some sessions with our CSM which really helped understand some of the interworkings of the tool, but before that I was a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales intelligence and Prospecting is the key to what I'm doing at this point with ZoomInfo. The technology used is also a significant aspect of the tool that I very much enjoy. I can see which accounts are using my competitors to target better what is going on. I have been able to generate very targeted lists to help with my prospectings and generate meetings in this way.

What do you like best about the product?
For our company, the most valuable aspect is the mobile phone numbers. These have been crucial for our outreach. We have a business development team that reaches out to prospects on a daily basis via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messaging, etc. We use ZoomInfo to not only provide mobile numbers and LinkedIn profiles that we did not already have access to, but also supplement data that we already have, whether that's an updated title, a new email address, a new company name, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have come across several "mobile" phone numbers that turn out to be "fax" numbers. This is a little concerning because it's definitely the main reason we decided to sign up with ZoomInfo. I've had my team of interns report back to me that when looking up a prospect on ZoomInfo to find better quality contact data, mainly a mobile number, they've found here recently that maybe 10-15% of the time they call one of those mobile numbers it turns out to be a fax number. I've had another colleague report back to me that some of the emails he's collected from ZoomInfo have bounced as well. I'm not sure if ZoomInfo is providing any email addresses they can find on individuals or how this data is collected, but it looks like these aren't just "validated" email addresses, and we're grabbing catch-all emails, spam trap emails, etc. This is also a little frustrating because as we continue to send out emails to bad email addresses, it affects our sender reputation score and decreases our deliverability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we're solving is access to mobile phone numbers. Our interns have access to essentially everything that's been made publicly available, so company phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles are usually pretty easy to grab. The benefit that ZoomInfo provides is the ability to centralize all of this data collection into one place. So before, one of our interns would have to find a prospect, look them up on LinkedIn, look them up on a company website, see if there are any publicly available email addresses, and then begin their outreach. However now, it seems to be a lot easier having all of this information in one place, so that we can type a prospects name in ZoomInfo and immediately pull all the contact data that's available. Our BDR team has been expanding their outreach beyond company/branch lines and targeting their prospects via their direct/mobile phone numbers. The end goal is to increase the connection rate for our interns who are calling on these prospects by utilizing mobile phone numbers, and after a few months it's tough to say if we've seen any drastic differences in terms of connection rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main piece of advice is that ZoomInfo is certainly worth a try. We have a team of interns that reaches out to a couple hundred prospects every month, and ZoomInfo has made it a lot easier/faster to collect the contact data that our team needs to do that. So far, we've had some hiccups with fax numbers being listed as mobile phone numbers and some bad email addresses that have bounced, but there's certainly a lot of good quality contact data as well that our team has been able to leverage.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been actively using ZoomInfo for three years now - I like the accessibility of information and how you can narrow down your search based on location, department, job title, etc. It has made my cold calling so much easier and so much more accurate—less wasted time on unsuccessful prospecting and dealing with gate keepers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they don't have all the correct information. Also, dislike the limited exports and having to pay more $ For more exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time but having direct contact info all in one place. Cuts down on prospecting time.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of available contacts with complete information is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough business emails. Inability to use tags across users.

We had started a new software business with zero contacts and needed a quick way to reach out to as many people as possible. We have already scheduled and signed up multiple clients from ZoomInfo's database.
