Zoominfo provides me with great insight on the important contact information i need for my prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how comprehensive the information is. When I want phone numbers and emails, I can quickly get them on ZoomInfo if the information is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is complicated to use. Also, I wish the information is updated more often as some numbers and email addresses are outdated. Sometimes contact information and names are mismatched.
I do not like how unintuitive the UI is - its layout makes little sense, and the search function is not easy to use for end-users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business lead generation. Sometimes just logging in to get contact information for the prospects I want to go after.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped our business grow 2x. when it comes to finding any contacts for any lead, zoom is a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far, i just want more features in advanced search such as mining companies through their quarterly or annual results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier there was a bit lag in our system when it comes to finding right contact for any lead however that's not an issue anymore.
User friendly, accurate best in class solution for sourcing leads
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature is giving me similar companies so I can broaden my reach. I also like that it's linked to SF so it saves me a step if I'm looking for net new leads. Better than LinkedIn navigator, in my opinion. Being able to get their LinkedIn profile, contact information all in one platform is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact number is not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to look at org chart. I really like having the "similar companies" so I'm able to capature similar business models. Zoom is a great tool for prospecting. It helps bridge the gap from leads to new clients. I leverage it daily as I look to acquire new customers.

Filters are not conditionally applicable.

Marketing outreach. Database is huge so outreach is better

Sometimes won't load some of the newer companies that are newer. Refreshing usually takes care of it.

I have the ability at a glance to look at how much the companies are worth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to understand when its a search on google vs a domain name. That would help.
Wouldn't be able to do my job without it. Sometimes contact info is not update to date.

I am accessing mobiles phone number. Additionally, I like searching relevant titles.

Sometimes numbers are not accurate and you will be lead to someone else with the same name at a different company.

Finding mobile numbers during a WFH environment is critical.
Zoominfo is an invaluable tool. Immediate ROI and information that would take days to compile.

Key information that no other site offers immediately, at your fingertips, and they scrub it regularly to ensure accuracy.

So much information and so many tools are available that I am still trying to build the perfect process with it, but I will!

Get to the REAL decision-makers by mail, phone, cell phone, text, and email. It cuts down on time to get your value proposition across.

I enjoy calling a prospect directly and avoiding their gatekeeper. I do not want to ask permission to speak to someone. The time it saves me avoiding the gatekeeper is worth the price of admission.

I want to be able to add notes to any area of any profile I like. You should select a 'note button', then the location of the profile you want to place the note. Once selected, a dialog box can open for data entry. The note dialog box should be able to be toggled from hidden to visible.
When reviewing my records in the 'Lists' section. I wish the sort buttons worked. When I sort by name or company, the list does not sort at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer ask to speak to someone. I call them directly. I no longer spend hours creating a call list. I spend minutes. I no longer work my way up the ladder to the decision-maker. I already know who they are.
I also find it easier to find additional leads in the 'Similar Companies' section. Once I find my perfect prospect, its so easy to find everyone sililar within my terratory.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using all credits every month, whether or not you can call on all of them that month or not. You can come back in subsequent months and get caught up with calling prospects when you have more time and avoid wasting your credits.

There is a small number of companies whose data is not updated or uploaded. So certain times when you need some data on these companies, you run into an dead end.
