What do you like best about the product?
I like the the advanced search tool, CRM integration, and ReachOut tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that the tool is missing search by US counties...seems like an easy fix. Hope to see it soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems yet identified. The exported key search lists are really impressive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not identified any issues at this time.

The save from the last business name being there when i want to look up the next search.

Reviewing my contacts in CRM tool and getting new ones.

it depends on what you are looking for. If you want contact and location information it is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales team has been using ZoomInfo for a year, but when I became an administrator, I realized there was a Marketing certification and then all these tools geared for marketing professionals. It was great and made me look like a hero for my team! The WebSights are awesome. So is the ListMatch feature. The training modules are great and I'm a huge fan of the certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is not updated, some industries of business can be hard to find, with limited info. Can be overwhelming at first to new users and require multiple training sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining valid contact info, tracking website visitors, exporting to Salesforce, finding new contacts, researching companies. This has cut down a TON of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent feature shows hot prospects to target. That, along with the extensive org chart for the employees, helps you target the correct person of interest for your product or service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the customers in my industry are smaller businesses (under 30 million) and don't have a strong web presence, so their information can be sparse. Also, the financials have yet to be correct and some are not even in the ballpark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has cut my research time by more than 50%. I'm spending more time crafting my approach and planning strategy and less time trying to find a starting place for prospecting. I am reaching more people and increasing my overall touches with prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives around 80% valid email addresses that don't bounce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database doesn't get refreshed for a long period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the email addresses of the prospects I need to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best app for email hunting.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to finding decision makers. Save so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Search bar can be tricky . And not enough initial training. Also not being able to transfer info to Close.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tme management. I am able to find the right people in the supply chain industry with out having to spend a great deal of time researching on Google. The benefits are now I can Export information in our CRM system and send out sequence email and call clients faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure enrichment and export into your CRM is a tremendous lift that can be fully automated with a little bit of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only knock is the lack of a large import. You're maxed at 25 at a time unless you do a large upload, translate it to your CRM, then cross your finger you did it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying ICP, building model to predict LVT, enrich data in CRM, automate account creations, expended prospecting workflows. I can go on forever. ZoomInfo is adding new things and I still haven't leveraged everything they have so far

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of uploading contacts into Salesforce and the accuracy of the populated contact fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the plug-in will take a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit realized from using ZoomInfo is the ability to gain contact information for the people I am prospecting.

It's costly, and the data wasn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for new clients. At my previous company, it did help me reach out to new prospects.
