Zoominfo for Sales Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how they give us almost up-to-date information on people and how to get a hold of them. It's easy to use, and I like how it shows relevant information regarding sales prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information on there is not correct, and It's hard to keep track of people, especially when they moved to different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting a hold of the right person with their direct numbers / mobile numbers. It benefits me by saving time to calling their direct line rather than getting an operator or receptionist on the line. Also, if they don't answer, it helps me by having the right email address to email them.
Critical tool for finding contacts and Phone numbers
What do you like best about the product?
Easily export contact from ZI into Salesforce to I can follow up and reach out with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is no 100% accurate, and occasionally there are bad number, people no longer with the firms, etc...but its typically correct, or at least very close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding mobile numbers and better/more contacts at firms. The benefit of easily figuring out who to contact and how has cut down on my research time significantly.

ZoomInfo allows me to find updated and relevant contact information for prospective clients quickly. So many of my connections are made through LinkedIn, and by using ZoomInfo's ReachOut tool, I can discover more about my contacts and improve my communication and relationships daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about ZoomInfo. It does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, so many of my connections are made through LinkedIn, and I don't always have contact information beyond InMail and messaging. By using ZoomInfo's ReachOut tool, I can discover more about my contacts and improve my communication and relationships daily.

I do dislike that it isnt always up to date with the accurate information.

I am able to find customer information and what they are using to help me craft my sales approach

ZoomInfo is seriously one of my most valued tools when it comes to prospecting. I use it every day to search through employee lists at companies to identify my KDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the contact info for a prospect will be incorrect or outdated. I want there to be an easier way to request updates

Zoominfo shaves so much time off of my prospecting. Before, I would have to dig through LinkedIn and staff pages to try and find contacts. ZoomInfo makes things a lot easier

Sometimes slow to update when people leave companies

Finding the right contact and then finding their phone and email. ZoomInfo makes this super easy.

Don't wait! Awesome service!
Pretty Good Product, but pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and pretty accurate. I like the ability and ease of uploading a list and searching for missing information. I really like the connection with Salesforce, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I feel like I am being upsold constantly. ZoomInfo an expensive service to begin with and then I come across things that I can't do without spending yet more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has been very helpful in filling in missing information from my data and in finding new leads in areas that we are looking for new data. Especially since COVID, my sales team hasn't been able to attend conferences for new leads.

Really understand what you are paying for. What you get and what you don't.
Great Data for the West and Some Undersold Features
What do you like best about the product?
Data for the western world: Americas is pretty neat. But ZI is more than just data enrichment. They also have:
- An extension to scrape people data from LinkedIn
- Alert you on scoops on your accounts
- Recent addition of Salesforce record owner filters within ZI is very useful

What do you dislike about the product?
The support. By far I have never enjoyed my conversations with either my CSM nor the Support. Some of these features were not even "sold" to us: like the extension. It is pretty nifty and for the life of me I don't know why would the CSM not tell, not even during the contract renewal: "Hey! We also have this free and bundled in for you!"
As stands for the core product "data": it starts falling apart as you move from West to East. Give ZI random ten Japanese accounts and in all probability they will fail to get you the contacts from them. Unless all ten are SoftBank that is :D

2. They have an API that integrates with Ringlead. So you can enrich the lead right when it is created to meet your routing rules (ex: Territory routing that depends on country enrichment)
