What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding company/contact info

I do not dislike anything. I have been using ZoomInfo for years now, and each year it gets better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find the correct company/contact that can utilize our services.

From the first meeting we had with ZoomInfo and to this day, they continue to support you with any questions you may have. They provide you with one-on-one lessons and allow you to learn as you go.
Easy and in depth contact and company search
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and there is a lot of data about both the contacts, companies, recent developments etc. that can be used in sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the data is inaccurate, especially emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and easily finding leads, easily exporting them to my CRM and finding information on companies.
Info When You Need It
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of typing in a company/prospect's name and having the entire org chart right in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies have outdated info, (i.e, people may have left the company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even if the company has outdated info, you can still see the email address format and move forward with new prospects within the company by cross-utilizing platforms like LinkedIn
Great Contact information for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the number of contacts and the accuracy of the information. It saves so much time

Some companies are not in the system yet or have no contact information.

I can save time and increase revenue by having accurate information for customers.

A Necessity for Outreach Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is so much data available—everything from news, scoops, and tech to org charts and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
98% of the time, the data is excellent! The other 2% is outdated or incorrectly matched up. Of course, it isn't easy to keep tabs on millions of companies and individual employees.

I confidently know who I am calling, how long they have been there, several ways to reach them, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo and its user-friendly platform enable me multiple venues to create lead-generating activities, update info (news, hot scoops) on prospects and clients, as well as a fantastic knowledge section to keep sales skillsets sharp and current.
ZoomInfo's add-ons such as ReachOut Extension and their mobile app make grabbing information easy and efficient, with no need for multiple browser tabs or dual-screen shuffling.
Recently, I upgraded to using the Intent functionality, and WOW, truly my most favorite part of ZoomInfo!

What do you dislike about the product?
Credits for exporting contacts do not roll over. For example, if I have 1000 credits a month, if I do not use them, I lose them. I would love it if they were able to roll over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to plan my daily cold calls with their detailed filters easily. They make cold calls warm by providing scoops on companies so you can always know the latest information.

ZoomInfo is a fantastic tool that keeps on getting better!

Mine is organizational access for Discover. org. It's a fantastic database for all kinds of market research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Single sign-on should have been there. Otherwise a very usefull database

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, exporting contacts is seamless across various CRMs. I love the ability to narrow contacts down by management level.

Information can be out of date. At times, it will pull data for the wrong company - especially on government or school pages.

Problems we're solving for : outdated contact information in CRM, missing target companies in CRM

ZoomInfo has been very helpful in email campaigning and cold calling.

How much ZoomInfo has to offer. And, when combined with Engage, the results are profitable.

Sometimes ZoomInfo takes a while to load first thing in the morning.

We work in a niche market where networking can be complex and not productive. With ZoomInfo, market research and contact acquisition have become more accessible and yield more responses.

Take the classes. With a better understanding of ZoomInfo, you become more efficient with its use.
