What do you like best about the product?
I like the Salesforce and LinkedIn integrations and how they work together in auto-sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, the titles of some prospects will be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to call headquarters and go through the company directory. Also, not having to frequently visit corporate websites for contact information. Overall, this is saving our team a tremendous amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
They are offering free trials with step by step process. It is easy to understand the automation process they have in their tool. They also have their certification for the salesperson. I like their method of teaching in the certificate too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Zoominfo a has lot of new options to try,so you won't hate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my marketing automation problems. Benefits are too easy to set up, as aI am taking up their certification, which has all process of how to do it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can get a good package which includes learning,applying its sales and marketing methods via automation. So I reccomend to learn also from their university.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really love about ZoomInfo is Scoops which always keeps me updated on most of the information I am looking forward to in a company. The way ZoomInfo supports me with all the pieces of information through the resource center, training, and webinars are really keeping me on track on the platform and educates me to make good use of it. Plus, ZoomInfo’s customer service is quick and appreciated. I definitely look forward to use Zoominfo in the long run. ZoomInfo is really doing a great job . I say keep going ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things but I really know that any data source cannot be 100% perfect. I can tell few contacts are left out in few companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using ZoomInfo for List Building, lead generation, and also to know the different products other companies are using, the technologies field under advanced search is one of my favorites to do so. ZoomInfo is the best to export the list created and saves me a ton of time. I set alerts to know particular types of news for my targeted companies. I save my searches so that few searches are always at my fingertips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using ZoomInfo for a while now and my journey with ZoomInfo has been productive and time-saving. ZoomInfo is an ideal product for customers who are looking forward to reaching their dream clients. ZoomInfo also works well for people who are seeking out extra information about the different kinds / similar kinds of products the companies are using, as well as to know about the new companies' information you don’t yet know.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zoominfo is to use and that the email addresses I'm on the hunt for when prospecting are correct and up to date- they don't bounce back!
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience to date I haven't encountered a pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of scouring the internet to hunt down contact information I'm in need of for sales prospecting. I go to Zoominfo, search and boom- I get what I need!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend ZoomInfo if you are looking for an easy-to-use system with accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology filter, especially at the employee level.
Scoops functionality, although lately does not seem to be updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive. It would be nice to include the CRM integration in the price.

Database enrichment.

Multiple search functions, Ability to clearly see email and phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically cross reference the people I find in Zoom Info with LinkedIn to make sure they are still active in their role. This takes time but it's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding reliable contact information, titles, relevant people. More reliable outreach in my sales role

What do you like best about the product?
We love how accurate the information is that we receive from ZoomInfo. We have had great success and have been able to look at different parts of our current customers and new customers. It has opened many doors for further conversations and has helped us know who the correct contact is to talk about our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we offer a variety of products, narrowing our intent down to a small list was difficult. Because of that, we can only target a portion of the businesses rather than a wide variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem before was finding the right person to contact at a targeted company. Before, we would have to call the mainline and hope to be directed to the right person. With ZoomInfo, we can collect the correct information for our targeted persona and start talking directly to them.
It has also allowed us to see what companies in our area are searching for so we can get in front of them and show them how we can solve their problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would highly recommend using ZoomInfo rather than other companies out there. Their data is the most accurate, and they take the time to help you use it to the fullest. They have excellent customer success support and are easy to get in contact with when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The diverse filters allow me to find just the right prospects I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the filters, my prospect lists still tend to contain some non-relevant prospects, but not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ListMatch feature is incredible handy for targeted outreach.

easy access to a companies management team's contact info
What do you dislike about the product?
when the information is wrong and I don't know how to share that with Zoom Info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit to me, as a sales person, is having multiple touch points for my prospective clients. It is great to have the LinkedIn links as well.
