What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a good answer for "what I like" as it is not DiscoverOrg which I was a massive fan of using
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is all over the place
The export feature is horrible compared to the original DiscoverOrg product
The data is outdated
The overload of advertising when you log in is painful
Support has fallen to almost none
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A Powerful Tool Packed With Features

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's Engage tool is a little bit of a crystal ball that can help you contact leads in a very targeted way. All the other festures are great and a must for my every day tasks but I am finding Engage is definitely a must for my day to day email interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that my company took so long to start using ZoomInfo! The product itself is excellent, and I really can't find any features or issues that I dislike. I guess I could say the price was a little bit of a hurdle at the beggining but the ZoomInfo team was able to work out a deal that was benefitial for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to confirm and update so many contact's information. Since the pandemic hit and so many people aren't any more at their previous positions, ZoomInfo has given me the tools to correct that information in our database. The information provided is extremely accurate. I was only able to find one email that was completely wrong after I had already approached 500 views and exports. I also really like how ZoomInfo integrates wirth LinkedIn and I don't have to leave that platform to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Study study study. Use the ZoomInfo University tool and read read read. There are so many ways ZoomInfo supports you to learn the software that you will be a pro in no time if you dedicate some time to become familiarized with its features.

Finding contact in a batter way

What do you like best about the product?
If you are working in sales and try to reaching people this is the best platform for finding contact no and email ids.

I am working in sales domain so my job is finding c level person from the company and reached out that that I can do easily from zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
Intent signals based on region and type of organization. it helps me get qualified contacts over to the sales reps in my company. The grading on the accuracy of the contacts helps a ton in regards to confidence in sending the right email to the right contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a problem with the intent signal when, when sent one based off of certain setting the list of contacts per week is not refined enough, but can be refined with more steps taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to create groups of email contacts, and phone numbers of companies in regards to reaching out and building campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows me to quickly capture the information I need to make knowledgeable calls to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information will be inaccurate because of change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me evaluate if they are qualified prospects. The benefit I find is the ability to find the correct title of people I am looking for and quickly do a Linkedin check before a call.

What do you like best about the product?
The Intents feature is powerful. And the ability to quickly get actionable intelligence on prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info isn't available, but that's rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using ZoomInfo I used an inferior tool to gather contact info on potential customers. I now have the ability to track down names and email addresses for the right contacts I need to be successful.

Great Resource, But It Will Cost You

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly do contact searches to find hundreds of qualified companies that meet your search criteria, access key contacts, view similar companies, & check out the company's org chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive and all of their offerings are a la carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Creating qualified target lists
2) Finding contact info to reach out to the right people at those targeted companies

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides the correct information about companies and prospecting I am researching. I am able to find valuable and up-to-date research on ZoomInfo. I am grateful that it has the company's tech stacks. The best part about ZoomInfo is that i've realized that without this tool I would be spending a lot more time looking for prospect's correct information and the most beneficial aspect is the integration with Salesforce where I am able to auto-upload my prospects and lead directly to Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I have to refresh ZoomInfo and not use it because it is slow. I also dislike that the tech stacks of companies are out of date and rarely correct. This has caused confusion when talking to prospects and other members of my company. One other issue with ZoomInfo is that they tend to have people in companies that are extremely out of date and confusing when compared to LinkedIn. For example, when I am prospecting an account and I see a person in ZoomInfo is the Head of IT and when I look on LinkedIn they have been in other roles for over 5 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issues of reaching prospects while everyone is working remotely by providing me the correct contact information. I've realized that without this tool I would be spending a lot more time looking for prospect's correct information and the most beneficial aspect is the integration with Salesforce where I am able to auto-upload my prospects and lead directly to Salesforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone is the career of sales who also uses Salesforce for their CRM to use ZoomInfo.
