What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build lists of contacts at target organizations

Nothing. I live in ZoomInfo all day long

Identifying target organization by geography, size, tech stack, etc and building contact lists for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I run an inside sales team of AEs that rely strongly on ZoomInfo. By providing the best contact info for my reps, it allows them to have effective, and fast conversations with decisions makers, thus shortening our sales cycle by about 30+%. It is an invaluable resource for my team to save time, effort and generate sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally missing companies/completeness of contacts in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems for my newer reps was finding decision-makers. By analyzing org-charts, we can gain insight into the hierarchy of command and understand who our conversations should be targeted to.

Zoom info is a no-brainer for making sounds decisions and targetting specific industries/contacts.

Depth and breadth of information up and down the organizations I cover.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new interface. I find the old Discoverorg.com better to work with.

The new interface is not intuitive and has not added any value to my use of the platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it provides direct phone numbers for decision-makers. It's very user-friendly and I couldn't imagine using another platform for the industry I'm in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts don't work at the companies and I always have to double-check with LinkedIn to make sure they still work at the company but at least half the time they don't. When our sales development representatives reach out to these type of employees that don't work at the company the email fails and doesn't help our email domain health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for employee emails so we can set up custom sequences. and calling to set meetings if numbers are provided. This saves me a lot of time. Emails are very beneficial so we can set up

Double check with LinkedIn to confirm that employees are still at the company before emailing or calling.

What do you like best about the product?
All the filters that can be used to find the exact buyer you're looking to sell to. Mobile numbers are great. Integration it has with salesforce is great. The chrome extension is great so that if you see a Linkedin profile you like, you can use the extension to get their contact info. Scoops are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be more accurate. Decent amount of bounce rates. Also, pretty common to have their title be different on Linkedin than what it shows in Zoominfo but it's close enough. Sometimes filters can be inaccurate- for example, I was filtering for front-end developers but had a lot of retail front-end workers (customer service people) in the list.

Finding good accurate leads. Integration with our software.

What do you like best about the product?
Though not 100% accurate, ZoomInfo has the most thorough database I've used for contact information, especially mobile phone numbers. This last piece is especially important since everyone is working from home these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more timely updates of people who have switched jobs in the past month or two, but I acknowledge that this is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporations are constantly changing their email syntax, and Zoom keeps me one step ahead. I know that I can get to a decision-maker with a clear and concise message that will hopefully lead to a new relationship.

I liked the older platform better. I found it easier to do different searches

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about ZoomInfo is the ability to source prospect contact data and glean insights into different technologies that companies are considering.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about this resource. I wish more leads pushed the user a potential prospect worth reaching out to because they are in the strike zone.

As my company's principal researcher for Executive Contact and company technologies information, ZoomInfo provides one of the industry's most comprehensive info databases.
ZoomInfo lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that with ZoomInfo all the info that I would need to not only find my ICP but I get plenty of data that will enhance my conversations with my prospects. Making for a more connected call. The level of data and breadth of reports that you are able to run better allow you to create ways to segment your audience thereby increasing the likelihood of reaching the right person and the right time with the right message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is confusing when I am moving from page to page with different reports or lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to easily find my ICP's and the correct contact data. This cuts down on the countless hours my team would spend finding the people and their contact info. Too many times I have run into bad phone numbers with the ZI team now whenever I find it hard to locate a contact I can send out a request to their team to find and this is invaluable.
