Single Source for Contact Information
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has fairly accurate data to get in contact with all necessary prospects more than any other platform. The filters used to gather information are also helpful in finding who I need. I like that I can get my accounts to show up in Zoominfo via upoading my account list in csv., then subscribe to the latest news and insights to come to my inbox every day. I find that Zoominfo also has so many cellphone numbers which is extremely helpful in my prospecting efforts. Another feature I am thankful for is it's scoops. Some are not accurate but some really are. I recently reached out to a prospect mentioning I had some intel that they might be looking into CRM options which they acknowledged was true which helped get me intel on the right person to speak with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is it sometimes I think whoever is scrubbing the contact info of prospects could be a little more diligent as sometimes I end up calling random people's cellphones but overall really great. Another issue is Zoominfo's information on the current technology used by each organization is fairly innacurate. For example, I know that a company is not using my company's technology, yet it shows up in Zoominfo that they are using our technology. If this were accurate, this would be extremely helpful in my prospecting. I am also disappointed that they only sync with Salesforce CRM's. While Salesforce is the most common CRM in the market, it would be nice if this feature was available to other CRM's - but perhaps organizations have to cough up more money for this.

I am getting accurate information I can transfer into my company's own CRM quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have access to emails and business phone numbers! It makes prospecting a breeze! ZoomInfo can be a sleuth way to prospect, but I am all about working smarter, not harder. The search bar tool is straightforward to use as well, and you can narrow down your search by location and job title.

ZoomInfo Best Data Source Provider
What do you like best about the product?
I have used data source providers at my past 3 companies. At each company we used a variety fo objective tests to verify the depth, breadth (quality and quantity) of the data provided by data sources. ZoomInfo has always proven to have the best contact and account data. The information in ZoomInfo is recent and relevant and it's helps people get in touch with each other and initiate relationships that never would have been possible otherwise. This type of quality information is the lifeblood of sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want ZoomInfo to understand my reps territories and target markets and provide more predictive suggestions on the best accounts and contacts to reach out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us get in touch with key influencers from target accounts in our market. This leads to Millions of dollars of sales every year for us.
Really confusing and not user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The autodialer is a nice tool once people are in a salesflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is just so buggy and not user-friendly compared to other tools on the market. Errors all the time without any real explanation, the salesflows are not editable, and there are no real insights to open rates or anything like that. As someone who uses the tool everyday I would not reccomend it, look at other tools on the market like outreach or salesloft.

General prospecting, although this tool feels like a step back from our previous tool.

What do you like best about the product?
My team was a long-time user of DiscoverOrg before being acquired by ZoomInfo. The tool is a must-have for any professional sales organization. I use it alongside other tools like LinkedIn to build target lists for campaigns, obtain contact information, gain invaluable insights and company news, and investigate technologies used within my book of Named Accounts.
I like the Scoops and Technologies aspects best. I can quickly and easily build a list of prospects using specific technologies within my Named Accounts to target for campaigns, and the Scoops help me put together personalized messages and build account plans effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have on occassion found inaccurate data (contacts no longer with company, wrong titles, etc), however with a large database like ZoomInfo's I'm sure it's very difficult to achieve 100% accuracy.
Outside of that, I have not yet run into any issues or dislikes. The platform is very easy to navigate, has an intuitive user interface, and is very useful in my job as an Account Manager.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perhaps the biggest problem we are solving as a team with ZoomInfo is obtaining contact information for prospects. This can be difficult via other means, ZoomInfo is virtually the only tool that gives us that capability at a large scale.
Our organization has yet to implement the Salesforce integration but once we do, I'm excited to see how the integration can be of benefit to us
