Very good for determining leads!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the layout of ZI is to navigate and to find the best contacts. The potential volume a company makes is useful too along with where the company is based.

Most of my emails do not get a bounceback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think there is a back button, so I have to keep using the recent searches to go back a step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no severe problems. The benefits are great for learning about the company hq phone numbers and structures within the company (C-suite, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
Most Helpful: Many specific filters that sales professionals can be use to isolate only the most relevant contact. Ability to search by/within an industry, using targeted keywords, location, etc. An excellent resource for identifying and pulling preliminary relevance of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least Helpful: Significant issues with direct contact information accuracy. Direct phone numbers are frequently incorrect. Many lead job titles are outdated. As a Zoominfo user, you have to check all leads against an alternate source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows our team to generate large lists of relevant leads (and their contact information) quickly. The ability to export these leads saves time and allows greater outreach and increased sales down the road.

Applying all the filters to get just the right "formula" for your output can take some time, but the subscription option for your search and ability to open recent searches helps with this

Using Zoominfo helps me build momentum and spend less time researching and more time connecting

Prospecting done easy

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a game-changer for prospecting. Users can narrow their search for their specific needs. Additional tools enhance users' data, making it easy to update their database and fill in those gaps. ZoomInfo University teaches users how to get the most of their accounts. Users can complete courses at their pace, and ZoomInfo makes suggestions dependent on their job. Great tool for our Sales team, our Client Success Managers, everyone. Our company has yet to work with a Database that can top ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there will be a technical issue that will affect user access but this issue is taken care of in a reasonable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has helped me find the right prospects promptly. No longer do I need to use three different sources to get the job done. I can quickly connect with decision-makers, saving my team a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives you contact names and titles that were so hard to confirm before. ZoomInfo makes it easy to find companies that you did not know existed. Being able to see financial information and number of employees make is so easy to find companies that are in our sweet spot. The extensive list of contacts available for a company makes it is to prospect for infomation. The unlimited ways to sort data and filter for the perfect companies makes it so easy to get to productive prospects. Saving searchs and being able to get weekly email updates on companies that on those searches is like getting free money dropped in your account. Not having to search for that information is invaluable. Being able to select Intent Signals by services needed is an easy way to go to market with a marketing and sales campaign. The Events tab makes it easy to find events and trade shows that you would not normally know about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is too much info a dislike? I have not seen anything in ZoomInfo that did not bring value to the platform. There are a few instances that the data is out of date but ZoomInfo makes it easy to submit those companies for more review. Information on smaller companies tends to be less accurate than the data for larger corporations. I dislike the fact that more people are learning about ZoomInfo and taking away the edge that we have against our competition. The education platform for ZoomInfo leaves a little to be desired. The certification does not really give you a working knowledge of the platform. The training is not real world senarios of how you would use the platform day to day. The webinars have been better at getting real world use training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing lists of prospects for sales and marketing for our services. ZoomInfo is much better than any list of services that we have used in the past. Getting Intent signals for services our company sells makes prospecting new clients much more manageable. The benefits of having this data available far outweighs using other services to compile this data. When the data is not available it is like having a hand cut off. Having a list of technology being used by a company makes it easy to query a list that you sell a specific service too. Websights makes it easy to keep up with press release info from companies and know when they may be in need of your services. We know get alerts when criteria we specify is met by a company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is better than any stagnet list service on the market. The real-time updates of data and the constant access vs. past list generation are much more helpful daily.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great Data; data is pretty accurate and comprehensive. More and better than I have seen in other platforms.
- ReachOut is convenient and can export to CRM.
- Training offered by ZoomInfo is beneficial and helped me learn how to improve my use of the platform.
- WebSights shows website visitors which is helpful to see if any organizations have visited the website and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I am not sure the Intent is super accurate. I reached out to organizations that Zoominfo identified as looking at our particular service and was unsuccessful at finding contacts that said they were looking for our service.
- Sometimes, searching can be confusing. Recent searches, saved searches, and lists are confusing as well. The platform could do a better job of keeping a history of which companies and contacts I have looked up.
- When using the OrgChart, if you click on someone and then click back in the browser, your search is reset, so if you had dug into the organization, you would have to start all over.
- Sometimes, it can take a few seconds to load, but I would say this is acceptable with millions of records on a cloud service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Improved ability to reach targeted prospects. It is very easy to find people using the search options.
- Improved sales skills. I have gone through some of the training and improved how I use the platform and my personal sales skills.
- I like being able to search a few terms and then make that into a list.
- It works well to use Zoominfo and LinkedIn to cross reference information.
- Scoops is helpful to create some talking points and keep up with trends and corporate news.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial, and do a free trial of other platforms as well.

Sales Prospecting Must Have

What do you like best about the product?
If you have been tasked with self-sourced opportunities and creating a sales database, this is as close to a must-have in the sales toolbox as there is in modern sales. I like that I am able to import information from the ZI website, overlay for LinkedIn and prospect websites, and Salesforce integration to easily create Leads/Contacts to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all data sourcing tools, sometimes info has not been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building an outreach database and searching for ideal prospects that can see value from the solution I am representing. I have been able to help with prospecting efforts to speed up database creation that is targeted.

Zoom info review

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find information with the Advanced Search function. I really like this functionality as I can filter a great amount of information in an easy way. Also, this function lets me use the same kind of filters for different organizations in the USA, Canada, and around the world. A nice feature that Zoominfo has is that it lets you export all the contacts researched to an Excel Spreadsheet or Salesforce, so you can process it later or use this information for an email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email or phone number providers are not in service. I noticed that around 15% - 20% of the information in Zoominfo is not correct or updated. When I use their email feature, I get the same percentage of bounced emails. A feature that doesn't work that well in my opinion is Intent. I used it a couple of times but I don't see any results or replies from our customers. Also, information for less developed countries in Central or South America is not as good as it is for the USA or Europe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to find potential customers who are willing to use my platform. ZoomInfo is a great tool that provides information on potential customers, which normally takes hours of research. I like that ZoomInfo has all the information in one place and lets you filter according to your needs. As for the benefits, I see that ZoomInfo has a powerful database where all the information is available to use in a customer-friendly manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Zoominfo is an excellent resource for gaining insights into your customers. It significantly reduces the time needed when you are committed to researching specific industries or large corporations. I suggest you obtain one of Zoominfo's certifications before using the platform. This will ensure you are fully aware of all the tool's capabilities.
