Expensive but Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I used DiscoverOrg a couple of years ago so perhaps I'm biased but it has a super simple user interface. It's easy to filter and you have tons of criteria to choose from so you can really narrow it down to a relevant audience with reliable contact info. No hard bounces here! There are a lot of resources to help you learn about and navigate the platform, they also have integration guides so you can connect with your CRM. Our account rep is incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest snag we've hit is when exporting contacts to Hubspot that have a property with multiple things listed (like several industries, several NAICS codes, etc.) it only imports the "most relevant" one, not all of them. It seems like nobody is sure how "most relevant" is actually defined, and for our purposes the option exported isn't always the one we need. As a marketer, this makes it a bit challenging to segment the database in our CRM because simple info like industry isn't fully exported. There's no way our reps are going to go in and manually update these fields, so we have to manually comb through them when we segment. Cumbersome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed quality lead sources with good contact data. We were sick of buying lists full of people who were no longer with the company/ had bad emails/ were missing info. ZoomInfo provides reliable data so we can keep our pipeline full at all times.

I love being able go search for contacts and direct information;

Sometimes the direct numbers are wrong and or the person no longer works at the company, outdated information;

Regardless of outdated information here and there, I think it is a useful tool.

The data quality is great and better than other providers I've used

Sometimes inconsistencies that lead to duplicate downloads. Manual extraction and processes that are time consuming.

We're getting in front of more qualified contacts that leads to better opportunities to grow our business

A comprehensive database with everything I need and more, easy to use, and future rich. Easy to use interface with great support staff. You're an email away to get a quick response.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to create workflows without a specific user; this is useful to keep an eye on the market. This is a must-have feature for the moving market. We have alternatives, but this would make my life easier. Would love to see this in the future for our work this would make a huge difference.
I wouldn't mind a live chat to quick q/a sometimes I need just a quick answer to solve a problem this would be a huge improvement.
Websight would be more helpful if we can choose the date range and export the data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Enrich is the best tool to keep up to date your contact information. Lead management, solution for everyday use. Able to see how the jobs fill missing information in our leads and validate the leads to see if it is worth our time.

What do you like best about the product?
It gets us to the appropriate contact faster, with more accurate contact information. The Intent tool is a great feature that allows us to mine companies more likely to be in need of our services so we don't waste time.

Contact info can sometimes be out of date

Solves the problem of finding the appropriate contact and his/her direct contact information. It benefits us by saving time
Very effective platform with helpful benefits
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is helpful at providing a relevant, up to date database with helpful filters and additional features like intent data which is useful for planning and executing marketing activities. The intent data allows us to see a wider view of our target market activity and provides useful insight. An upside of using ZoomInfo is that we get access to really high quality data and we also use their email verification tool to cleanse any data to make sure that it is high quality. Really enjoy using ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't offer rolling monthly terms - only contract timings but it's not a major issue, would just be handy to be a bit more flexible on their packages. Suffer accessing foreign company data sometimes but get the contact data so it's hard to see the bigger picture when looking for a wider view - I think this may be due to GDPR issues being based in the UK so unable to see some US based company overviews.

Really big benefits to marketing and sales activity in getting more company and prospect data.

it's a limited pool of leads; it would be great to have LinkedIn data integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems solved: other platforms use AI from linked in to guess verified emails and this usually leads to email bounces. WIth ZoomInfo, the quality is apparent from initial use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to look at data several different ways - on the dashcoard, as part of a list or part of a tagged group, or on the actual company page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot fo moving parts, and getting used to all the bells and whistels takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving some significant data hygiene problems, as well as giving our inside team the ability to prioritize based on intent and company intel.

ZoomInfo is an excellent set of data tools to enable your sales and marketing teams to have correct and actionable data.

Zoominfo is definitely helpful if you're looking for contact information while prospecting.

One downside is that there will be times where the prospect you are looking for within a company is not listed on Zoominfo.

Zoominfo has given me direct access to my prospects, either through extensions or mobile.
