What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo/Discover.org provides a baseline as to what clientele is in a certain region at a given time and provides critical information, like contact info, company financials, reporting hierarchy, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not vetted or as current as I'd like. Supposedly the data is 90% (?) accurate, but I think it's far less accurate. I find that I often have to do a bulk of the research myself if I want accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to have a baseline in figuring out our clientele and who is in what region of the US and how to contact them.

Even companies with no information are listed so you can still dig.

The search and navigation is not friendly. It's like in an effort to make it pretty the developers sacrificed functionality

Cell phone numbers. Did I mention cell phone numbers

It is one of the best sources of information but can be difficult to navigate

The information is thorough and accurate. Very helpful when trying to gauge an organization

Sometimes information may not be current but that may be because of the COVID crisis and job losses

Zoominfo has great capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the capabilities- the ability to see intents, and pull contacts and info
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits system, they should just get rid of that. Also, sometimes the lists end up having too many irrelevant contacts, so it would help if they could come up with more efficient ways to filter them out. Also I have not found my account exec/customer success to be the most responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am conducting cold outreach to spread product awareness and get more sales with Zoominfo. It's been great to realize the benefit of Intents.

Try using the inights and contact/company tagging features
ZoomInfo is better than the Yellow Pages!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go into ZoomInfo and find out about a company, who works for that company, what they do, where they are, and usually a lot of contact information. It has certainly made my job a lot easier from an outbound perspective. I can see a company's hierarchy and pick and choose my prospects from there. It is a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes syncing ZoomInfo with Salesforce is not always the most effortless integration. Getting prospects over from ZoomInfo to Salesforce takes a lot longer than I want it to. The complexity of ZoomInfo takes a little time to get used to. There are a lot of things you can do within it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem you're solving with ZoomInfo is that you no longer have to search everywhere for a prospect's contact information. It is readily available within ZoomInfo. It doesn't take me nearly as long to find someone's phone number or email as it used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't consider anybody else for ZoomInfo if you're using it for getting contact information or just company information.

Sometimes the technology data is outdated.

The level of granularity of the information, which allows to have insights on many areas, not only the workforce.

Restricted access for exporting certain fields like cell phone.
Unnecessary second step when exporting into csv.
Responsability matrix's sort options should be kept when changing page or adding a filter.
There could be more graphics to explain certain information like finances.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love being able to look up information about companies that I would like to prospect for and I can use the several different areas to research the company such as being able to view everyone within the company and to see what kind of products they are currently using so see if my product would be of value to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I dont have anything that I dislike about ZoomInfo and I have used it for 2 years now with two different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the challenge of making sure the companies I reach out to would need or benefit from the product I want to bring up with and even more so with the right contacts within the company and using the intent to know what it is they are looking at or needing.

Use Zoominfo because it is a game changer when it comes to prospecting!
