One of the best account research platforms out there
What do you like best about the product?
I think that ZoomInfo does an excellent job of displaying company info, employee contact & hierarchy data, and information on what is going on inside of an account. I also like the ability to easily share employee/company lists, link data to SFDC, and immediately find contacts on LinkedIn directly from the contact card. The List Match function from an excel spreadsheet also makes finding your particular set of accounts an absolute breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find the scoops can be very hit or miss. I'm not entirely sure where this data comes from, but I saw a scoop at a friend's company and wanted to test the validity of the information. I asked them if the information and main point of contact were correct. He heads out to the department in question. He knew nothing of the initiative that ZoomInfo stated and the person named was in marketing rather than IT. In other scenarios, I have found this information to be relatively spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant contacts/companies, building out account sets for enterprise and territory sales, learning about what is going on inside of companies, strategizing on where to spend my time, and figuring out what systems a company is using. The platform is wonderful though it can be expensize. Scoops info aside, it is necessary for effective sales teams.
ZOOM is my all day sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Almost every single business that I search is in ZOOM and has relevant contact and intent data to apply to my live call stream. I can work in ZOOM while in call and not miss a beat and bring up proactive conversational data. The Org Chart is a MUST explore for each organization! The Intents and Scoops are amazingly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation back to my uploaded list is sometimes clunky. The process to upload my list was a little difficult first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. It has really helped me grow my book of business with pertinent and actionable data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A license to ZOOM is an essential part of the modern sales toolkit.
Zoominfo is the must-go-to website for all sales people to find leads.

Zoominfo has all the professional information available of a person that we are looking for which in turn helps us to make the initial contact.

It has almost all the information of a business person which can be problematic in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a person who deals with market intelligence/sales, Zoominfo helps me access million of potential clients/customers, to whom, I can introduce my product and generate a warm lead before actually meeting the person of interest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is the best tool out there if you want to access data of potential clients and want to manage your database in a more organized way
Okay but overpriced product. Scummy company. Treats their customers poorly with contract issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unexpected evergreen clauses in contract that I was not able to cancel my contract despite reaching out A MONTH before the contract renewal
- Non-responsive sales reps / AR team when dealing with a contract issue trying to reduce the size of my contract before the renewal
- Now being collected against for an amount larger than my original contract claiming I didn't reach out to the specific email that was in my contract to resolve the issue (despite having reached out to their sales rep about the issue).

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quality of the data I can have at my fingertips. Make searching for most content so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to get better at navigating it. Sometimes a person I am looking for is not there and its a dead-end road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact info for key executives is simple to find here so I can easily contact who I need to, and get valuable information into their hands.

Give it a try! It has saved me so much time.
Best thing to use for Mid Market Sales
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool. I personally love the Intent tab. Its great to target to the clients that are actively looking at your business. Total game changer

I cant think of anything. Its a daily tool for me

No Problems. Still learning it but its working great
An Essential Tool in Our Kit
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce, including "enrichment" save us a lot of time as a smaller organization. It's great to be able to tell my reps that they don't have to worry about mapping fields in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it has trouble distinguishing between parent and child accounts. When dealing with large enterprise it would be nice to see some separation between regional entities and sub-brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the obvious need for accurate customer data, including contact info and firmographics, Zoom's integration with Salesforce means our reps are able to cut the time they spend mapping accounts by nearly 80%. As a scale-up with limited resources, we rely on this to make the best use of everyone's time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product and organization, I would not have reservations recommending to a friend of colleague.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo / DiscoverORg is the current best available resource for sourcing contacts. It is easy to use the advanced search function to find a list of contacts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Advanced Search function would be better, as well as the ability to update each company with ALL contacts and to remove STALE contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding individuals at my top companies. Overall it has been a great help to use ZoomInfo instead of having to start from nothing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are verifying if the contacts still exist. Use other sources of information too like LinkedIn and your own SFDC activity history.

I love Zoom!

They needed to update the information, etc. Zoom allows me to find clients name, email, information about about the new client I am calling each day. I love the scoops information that I can see daily about my clients companies. Zoom is fantastic and the Leader in providing the right information quickly.
I can create lists in my intent and the States I want to call in makes me more effictive and able to talk to Presidents, CEO's, Controllers, and more. Yes, it costs money to have this information, but its a small amount compared to all my happy clients I am gaining, which means more clients, more money for me and my family. yahoo for Zoom!

I love Zoom and I love the training offered to me to increase my skills in using Zoom.

Its easy to find new potential clients. All I have to do is make calls and schedule zoom meetings with the top contacts at each company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Zoom to anyone or organization if you want to find the right contacts with direct phone numbers including mobile phone and email to make contact. I have been involved is Sales and Marketing throughout my 28 years of my employment.
If I would of had Zoom back then, it would of made my job easier and I would of had more customers. Life is always changing and Zoom keeps you updated with all your customers and it is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Up to date contact information (for the most part), direct and cell phone lines, LinkedIn integration with direct access to contacts page. Tech stack visibility into potential targets/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated information at times. some prospects have left compaines many years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining prospect contact information. Best source for all my needed outreach info in one place.
